"No," Virgil stood up, pulling his jacket over his shoulders and picking up his backpack.
"Why not?" Remus stood up too, grabbing his own bag. "I know youre my soulmate! You must be!"
"I have a boyfriend," Virgil said softly, not looking at Remus.
"Have you kissed him?" Virgil nodded, "Do you see color?"
Nothing.
"But I...I love him!!"
"Hes not your soulmate!"
"But Im his!" Virgil pushed past Remus. "And I can't let him be alone because I'm selfish,"
"But...You're gonna let me be alone?"
"You're not my soulmate! Maybe Im just colorblind!"
"What color do you see right now? Fucking tell me, Virgil!"
"Red," Virgil said softly, eyes fixated on Remus' backpack. "And you're angry,"
"But not at you," Remus quickly said, cupping Virgils cheek, "Im not mad at you....Im mad at the world," Virgil pressed his forehead into Remus' shoulder, sniffling.
"I don't know what to do Remus," He admitted. "Im so fucking...confused,"
