A Crazy Day (To Sugar-Coat It)

Hi, fellow people of wattpad! For those of you who saw only the tags and title, but ignored the description, I'm what you call a furry. Don't get any ideas, you sick-minded, dirty yiffers out there, because I'm not having that! Anyways, I'm a folf with black and blue fur, but I have a sapphire-colored eyes, and a gold eye. Now, I may be some weirdo that you hope to never meet again, but I got different plans. Because you came here to read my life-story, and now you will.

Before we do any of that, though, I'll fill you in on my life. To start off, I was born with the ability to alter others' emotions and can read minds. Also, I have two brothers, Arch, who's a pure fox, and Delta, a wolf. I got lucky, it seems. Although I'm the oldest, I'm always cooped up in my room.

However, today was an exception. It all started when Arch called my name.

"ARIS! The T.V won't work!" Arch shouted.

"What the hell is it doing now?" I called back.

"I think that someone." Arch started. "Broke it."

     "Did not!" Delta yelled.

"Both of you SHUT UP! I'm sick and tired of hearing you two fight over petty crap like this!" I yelled.

When the fight ended, I was faced with the worst luck on the planet. My girlfriend, Zaela was supposed to be coming. By the way, she's a lioness. Don't ask. It was an interesting way we met. However, we are very close. After I finished finding the problem, I got up, having my two brothers tailing me out to the front door.

"What's wrong with the T.V?" Arch asked.

"It's broke. Circuit board is fried. Got to get a new one." I replied, putting on my black jacket.

As I went out the door, I already could, I guess, sense a different atmosphere. I pushed it aside, knowing that it wasn't no biggie. I continued going to XLR8's Electronic Palace. XLR8 was one of the richest furries in my city. If the name didn't give it away, he's a cheetah. Ironically, I'm faster than him.

"Aris. What can I help you with?" He asked, his tone pleasant.

     "I'm fine. How's business?"

     "Booming."

Just as I was about to say something, I heard a gun being cocked. I froze, listening carefully for the sounds of the trigger clicking. I have crazy hearing, by the way. Suddenly, I heard a gunshot. Then a scream, and not just any scream. The voice belonged to my cousin, who's more like a sister to me, Krystal. I jumped over two aisles, literally, to reach her. Then I saw a grey wolf with a gun at her head. I watched in horror as she tried backing away.

     "Stop!" I yelled.

It was meant for the shooter, who had put a bullet in my cousin's shoulder. However, Krystal had stopped screaming, while Mr. Bullets ran away. I chased him down before he was even a full thirty feet from where he was. I tackled him down and shoved my claws into his throat. Not enough to kill, but plenty to make him stay there, scared to run anymore. It also gave the cops time to get him as well.

"Oh, Aris, thank you!" Krystal cried, giving me a hug. (P.S, I'm not much of a 'hugger.')

    "Yeah, anytime."

I caught my breathe as the pigs, not literal, I mean cops, showed up. I told them about what I saw and did, while Krystal spoke after. Once again, I was told that I'd be a great officer. I always turn down the chance, though. Sure, helping everyone stay safe was nice, but it just wasn't my style. However, seeing a human in my dimension is. Because me, Krystal, Arch, and Delta all saw it, and chased them down.

Then I saw a huge portal, big enough for me and Arch to fit through. The human froze in his/her tracks. Sorry, didn't know who it has. I watched as a hand without fur went into a pocket and pulled out a weird device. Turns out, it was a radio. More humans came. I was a little worried now. It was about a four on ten match. Even though we're animals, we still had a few limits. That's when Zaela, my girlfriend came roaring on the set.

"Aris! Are you okay?" She asked.

"I take it you heard about what happened?" I joked.

     "Not the time, Aris."

When we looked back at the humans, they were running through the portal. Me, out of my natural curiosity, followed. My family, basically did the same as we traveled through to the strangest place yet. Human Earth.

We all folded our ears over our heads. I still heard the roaring in my head, so it didn't work. Just muffled it. Me and a few others were yelling. No, not in excitement, but out of terror. However, as quickly as it happened, it stopped, and I got lucky, landing on Zaela, who was on a rock. Everyone else landed in a park fountain. Good news, it was night, so no one was out. At least, everyone but the single human who glared at us.
