"A child," he replied with a satisfied smirk.

Irene Anderson and Archer Everton. At first sight, they seemed like polar opposites. Though they were in the same grade and had similar classes, they were nothing like each other.

Archer Everton was popular, athletic, and rich— everything was handed to him on a silver platter.

Irene Anderson was invisible, always busied herself with work, and had to support herself since the start of high school.

So when Irene agrees to tutoring Archer, many things could go wrong. Opposites shouldn't mix together, but they do. They can attract each other like many people say, or they could possibly do the exact opposite of just that. But as the saying goes, some things go deeper than the surface.
