MILES FAIRCHILD: ❛︎︎ BLOOD, SPIDERS, & FEAR ❜︎︎ ( 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒎𝒐de)
Y/N had only 1 wish. she wanted out, life had completely changed thanks too her mother, kate. she applied for a job as a nanny to watch 2 orphaned kids since their parents died in a horrific accident. y/n wasn't aware of anything so when she was told to pack she was oddly confused. she knew her mother was only doing this for money but, it still bothered her anyway.
she had to live in an old, creepy, & cold mansion for who knows how long. since the day she arrived she got a weird feeling around miles that she just couldn't explain. y/n always tried to avoid contact with him but somehow he would always stare which made her uncomfortable.
"y/n, have you seen miles?" her mother asked.
"i thought he was outside with flora?"
"oh, ok thanks."
y/n just rolled her eyes and got out her diary since that was the only thing that seemed to helped with her anxiety.
Y/N'S POV i got my journal out and wrote nothing but saying how shitty this place is. but the best part is i don't have to go to school until summers over, but summer is supposed to be fun and this definitely isn't fun at all. i then heard a loud scream coming from outside the backyard. i went outside to see what was going on, i saw miles laying on the grass with his mouth pouring with blood down his old torn red sweater. slowly a huge spider climbed out of his mouth with thousands of little ones too. i just stood there freaked out feeling frozen like ice. my mom just stood there, tears pouring down her face with her hands over her mouth. my mind was all over the place considering i didn't even realize that flora was standing right next to me, holding onto my legs crying silently. i ran my fingers threw her hair and told her it was going to be ok even thought it wasn't. i started to shake feeling so nervous of what his next move was going to be.
" MILES, WHAT IS GOING ON??!!" i heard my mother scream loudly making me jump.
blood. blood. blood. was all i could see come out of mile's mouth. fear took over my body as i let out a shaky sigh.
he didn't dare to answer due to the state he was in. he just stared at me and my mom creepily and that's when i said something.
" WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? " i screamed, which caught his attention fast.
"I KNEW SINCE THE MOMENT I MET YOU SOMETHING WAS OFF!"
he laughed as blood poured out of his mouth which seemed to never stop along with his laughs.
he ran upstairs and curiosity went threw my veins so i followed him. he was starring into the mirror looking so depressed, overwhelmed, and embarrassed. almost as if something was taking over his body. i heard him crying again but instead of blood coming out, black stained is porcelain skin. but once he noticed me he smashed his head into the mirror and passed out. i stood there in shock. i screamed and quiet sobs came out of my mouth due to being so scared. my mother came in and looked over to me and then miles' unconscious body lying on the floor, looking basically lifeless.
" i've had enough of this place, pack your bags. we're leaving."
