Not gonna lie I really didn't want this journey to end. Normally I would look forward to the end of strictly and the tour because it meant I would be able to spend time with Lilia but she was gone now. We were doing our show dance paso and Blackpool dance. If we win i am going to propose to stacey but if we don't I don't want to take the spotlight so I will wait until the final tour in one of the group dances. But today we had a class of 2018 group dance so like I said if we won I had planned it with frosty that we would tell everyone apart from stacey snd they would open a curtain and I would be there on one knee with the ring. "Hello Earth to Kevin?" "Huh hmm what?" "I said what time is it?" "Oh six o'clock. How about we do until ten then go home and get ready for camera block through tomorrow." She nodded and I went to start the music again. We were practising the Cinderella dance because we had focused on the others the rest of the week. It got to half nine and I said we should call it early. "I think we have this nailed. I think we should go home and go to fuckin sleep I'm exhausted." Stacey nodded and she grabbed our bags but I took them off of her. "No you will not injure yourself." She laughed and we walked to the car. Whilst I was driving she grabbed my hand and I only let got to change gear. I loved this girl and I couldn't wait to propose. The only thing I was worried about was the answer. "Kev?" "Yes darling." "Do you believe that old wives tail about havin kids before marriage." "I don't know. Half and half. I kinda see what they're getting at but you know it's weird. They're saying like if your not married there's a chance that you won't be together when your kid is growing up but even so you could get a divorce." "Ye but I think it would be nice to have a wedding without having a child to worry about and not getting drunk and not having to find child minders or babysitters." "Ye I agree." So she did want go get married before kids. This boosted my confidence a little bit. "What's up kev?" "Nothin just thinking." "About." "You." "And what about me." "How hard working you are and gorgeous and kind." "Aww thank you baby." "No problem." "Well you are just as amazing you know. Your cute funny and so strong emotionally and physically." I laughed. I pulled up outside the block of apartments. "I think after strictly we should buy a house kev?" "Ye I was thinking we should as well." We walked up the stairs hand in hand and I unlocked the door and we walked in. I had a picture of me Lilia and stacey hung on the wall. "We'll win this for you Lils." We went straight to sleep that night.
Camera block through.
We had had our three runs for block through one for each dance. Everything went ok. Nobody fell nothing broke and most importantly nobody forgot anything.  I was pleased with Staceys new dancing ability. Frosty came over to us. "Kev word?" "Sure." We went into his office. "You gonna do it?" "What?" He looked out the window to make sure no one else was there. "Pop the question jackass." "Well it depends on the results." "Right so let's run over this again. If you win in the group dance that we have edited slightly depending on the result you will propose but if not you will do it on be final tour correct?" "Yes but you can't forget the main thing retard." "Makeup right." "So within the next ten minutes tell makeup to keep stacey busy for at least an hour while we run over the new dance." He nodded and we both left. "What's up kev?" "Nothing baby frosty just wanted to know when the court case for kat was." "Ok." We cuddled back up and then liv came down ten mins later. "Stace can we borrow yo for a bit. Maybe an hour or two. Need a guinea pig to try makeup on." "That's my girlfriend your talking to liv." "Sorry kev. We need a model to test makeup on." "Better." Stacey walked off laughing with liv and then I went into the studio and everyone who was going to be in the group dance was there. "Right kev lets go over the plan with them again." Frosty said. "Right so if me and stacey win and only if then I want to what do they say 'Pop the Question'. So frosty had cleverly got the choreographer to change some bits for if we win. So instead of Kate coming out of the curtain I will be behind it and be on one knee so that's the only major change really oh and kat you'll be dancing with Neil." They both looked happy and everyone else did. "Right let's go through this dance then." Frosty shouted and we all got into position. When it got to my bit I stood behind the fake curtain. "Right I think that's good. So let's go." We all walked out. Five minutes later stacey came down the stairs. "My god you took long how much makeup do they think girls need." She shrugged her shoulders and leant into my chest. When we got home that night I was nervous for tomorrow. I hope we win. I hope she says yes. I hope I don't mess this up for us.
