Memories Part 1

Yoongi remembers the time when he first met his brother. Sure, they might be different hybrid species but he still loved him either way no matter what.

Yoongi watches his younger brother as he was taking his first couple steps toward him. Jungkook made little grabby hands towards Yoongi as he slowly walked to him. Yoongi smiles as his brother reaches him. "Good job, Kookie!!" Yoongi exclaimed as he gave his baby brother a big hug. Jungkook's tiny little white ears tickled Yoongi's nose. "Kookiee!!" Yoongi whined. "Your ears!!" He chuckles as he sees Jungkook give him a big grin, showing off his small rabbit-like front teeth.

Yoongi was only five and Jungkook was two years old and they're best friends!!

"Hyung! Guess what day it is!" Jungkook exclaimed as he ran up the kitten hybrid. Yoongi already knew but he pretended that he didn't. "I don't know, what day is Kookie?" He asked, smiling widely and showing off his gummy smile that his brother adores to see. "It's my birthday!! I'm actually ten years old now!!" Jungkook jumped up and down excitedly. Yoongi chuckles and pats Jungkook's head. "I know, you're getting so big! Someday you're going to be even taller than me." He compliment.

Jungkook stared at Yoongi with a curious look in them. "You're 13, right?" Jungkook asked, putting his hand up to chin. "Yoongi nodded as he petted his small tail. " Yoongi hyung... Can you tell me about momma and dad sometime? I never gotten to spend time with them before they died..." Jungkook asked, a bit nervously. Their parents died when Jungkook was only five years old and Yoongi was eight and he already had to be man and take care of his brother at a young age.

Yoongi smiles sadly at Jungkook before he answers. "Yeah, but it probably will be hard Kookie, to remember ya know." Yoongi says, scratching behind Jungkook's ear. "I-I know... I just want to know more about them. Who knows what may happen in the future hyung." Jungkook chuckled softly and then he became silent. "Yoongi hyung.."

"Yeah, Kookie?" Yoongi replied looking down at his little brother.

"Promise that you're going to stick by me not matter what. Please, promise me that you will never leave me. Please, promise me that you will never leave me. Please promise me." Jungkook pleads as he stares into Yoongi's eyes with tears begging to fall. "Please, promise me hyung."

Yoongi sadly smiled but nodded and pulled Jungkook into a hug. "I promise, Jungkook-ah, I promise." He gave him one kiss on the rabbit hybrid's forehead before he placed his chin on Jungkook's head as he stared into the distance.

This promise is going to be a challenge to keep while living in such a dangerous place.

Yoongi sat on his rugged brown stained blanket and kept to himself as other hybrids came in out the room. He's worried, really worried.

"Hey, Tae-ah!" Yoongi called towards the fox hybrid as he entered the room. Taehyung's ears perked up a little as walks towards Yoongi with happy grin. "Yeah, hyung?" Taehyung asked, blushing slightly as Yoongi gazes into the his eyes. "Do you know where Kookie is? I haven't seen him all afternoon!" Yoongi whimpered slightly. "I worried about him."

Taehyung rolled his eyes and chucked at the older. "I bet he's fine hyung. Jungkook-ah is 13 years old and he can take care of himself ya' know." Taehyung reasons as he sat next Yoongi. The kitten hybrid bit his lip and nodded as he sighs. "I know.." Taehyung stared at Yoongi and blushed a little. "You're three years older than Jungkook, right?" The fox hybrid questions.

Yoongi fiddles with one of the loose strings from his blanket and nods. "Yeah, I am. I'm sixteen years old. You're a year older than Kookie, aren't you? Making you fourteen right?" Taehyung beams as he continually nods. He's happy that Yoongi knows his age and Yoongi knowing his age makes him blush like a crazy.
