Cozy And Warm

-Yoongi's POV-

I slowly ate my food, it was delicious, so I wanted to savor the flavor. I haven't had something this good in forever! I wonder when Jin is coming back with his husband...it has been awhile. Maybe he doesn't want me here... Should I take my leave? I could write a note, thanking Jin for his kindness? But....I did just meet him and that could be awfully rude...

I stood up from the table and grabbed my plate. I walked toward Jin's kitchen, looking around the place. I got a cozy and warm feeling inside. This feels like a home, a real home actually... I started to wonder if they had any children. I placed my plate in the sink. I should probably wash it for him, it's the best I could, I think.

I started the water, letting the plate to get wet, then I turned off the tap. Squeezing some soap, I grabbed the sponge and scrubbed the surface of the plate then the back. Turning the tap back on, I rinse off the plate. I sighed, I wish I can take a bath and actually be clean...

I made way to Jin's living room and sat on the couch but I quickly got off. I almost forgot how dirty I am! I sat on the floor, hugging my legs. I'm, cold, wet, and absolutely dirty. "Oh, Yoongi-ah, I'm so sorry for taking way to long!" Jin quickly came and sat next to me on the floor. I felt myself tense up but it quickly went away.

'Its okay Yoongi, he's not going to hurt in anyway! You're safe.'

"Did you like your food? Oh, my husband is on his way too. He's just um, cleaning up..." Jin said, blushing slightly. I raised my eyebrows slightly but shrugged it off, it's not my business. "W-what is y-your h-husband's n-na-name?" I asked, cringing at my stutter. "Hm? Oh, his name Namjoon. He's the sweetest honestly! I'm very happy that we're together. I think we have been together for about a year." Jin rambled on. I nodded. "Yoongi-ah, I don't want to seem rude but would you like a bath? You are wet and cold probably. When was the last time you had a bath or something like that?" Jin asked, I instantly frozed. 'How am I supposed to answer to that?' I thought and took a deep breath, letting it out slowly. "Um, I t-think t-two months ago p-probably. I-I don't exactly know... It's b-been way too l-long..." I mumbled.

Jin, who staring ahead of him, quickly turned his whole entire body toward me. He had a concern, worried look on his face. He squinted his eyes. "Yoongi-ah, are you um, how do I put this... I don't want to be rude or invade your privacy but did you escape from... from those hybrid work camps?" He asked, staring right into my eyes. I put my gaze to the floor and nodded. "Y-yes...I-if you w-want me t-to l-l-leave, I w-will... " I mumbled, I looked back Jin to see very sad eyes. "No, stay here" he answered. "I didn't mention this but my husband also escaped from a hybrid camp as well." Jin smiled and hugged me. I was in shock for minute but I found it comforting and I embraced him back. "T-t-thank y-you... I-I r-really needed t-t-that.." I felt my eyes starting to sting, I haven't had this type of comfort in forever, it sort of surprised me honestly. "Now that I know you're a hybrid, mind telling me what kind you are?" Jin asked as he let go of me. I bit my lip but nodded. "I-I a-am a c-cat h-h-hybrid..." I backed up a little and motioned Jin to stand up while I did the same. I took of my hoodie, revealing my ears. "Aw!" Jin cooed, I instantly felt my face flush. I lifted up my hoodie a little to show my tail, I turned around so he can see much more easily. "Hm, how come your tail is short, did something happen?" Jin asked, I put my hoodie back down and turned back to him. I shrugged and blushed. "I-it's because u-um...-"

"It's because he didn't receive the love, the affection, and care for him to mature or something in that sort, so you're still a kitten, right?" Says a voice behind Jin and he turns to the voice and his eyes light up. "Ah, Yoongi-ah! This is Namjoonie!" Jin exclaimed. "Joonie, Yoongi-ah is also a hybrid." Jin walked toward Namjoon and I followed him.
