The bunker

7:30am
I was woken up to the sound of thunder my sister and the dogs fast asleep mom was at the wheel and we were still following the griffin and Cali, I assume Cali saw me wake up because she quickly pointed ahead a large gate in the mountain side, it was the bunker mom smiled a sense of relief washing over her we would be safe from the outside.
  As we approached the gate had open allowing us entrance cali's father had opened it via remote it's garage was big enough for our group to park and spacious enough too Cali had run ahead to switch on the lights and that was when I got an Erie feeling and drew my bow aiming at the entrance almost expecting something griffin took notice and drew his pistol from his holster and shining his flashlight ahead of us the road in which we just came dead center stood a person he definitely wasn't there when we came and there's no way he got here on foot so what was he doing he was to far off and it was too dark to make out any facial features griffin motioned for cali's father to close the gate and shut the lights and that was when he noticed us . He was strange he started to walk towards us waving his hand as if to show he was friendly Cali turned on the lights and as the figure got closet we were able to make out more of his features a boy close to my age by the looks of it, he said he was in need of help he was traveling with his sister when he crashed as he got closer griffin shined a light on him he was covered in blood an devilish grin appeared on his face as we took note of his eyes, they were empty blank holes he was one of them.
    The boy started to sprint as he yelled Im CoMinG in that voice they all shared I released my grip on the arrow and sent it flying through the air and hitting him in his leg causing him to fall that gave cali's father some time to close the gate but not before griffin aimed his pistol at the creature dealing the final blow an bullet to the head and the gate shut. The bunker had about 40 rooms and after unloading all supplies food medicine and ammunition we each broke off into our room ours had two bedrooms a living room and a kitchen each room containing our own respective bathrooms mom and cali decided to share a room so the got the bigger one and I took the dogs and headed to my room it's been a while since we showered so I took my time and enjoyed it after I got out griffin was in our living room and said he had something I needed to see he lead me down to the security room and waiting for us stood cali's father Tom if I'm not mistaken and most of the adults , Tom had told us the cameras had caught something disturbing and proceeded to play it on that film it showed us what we didn't see when the gates shut we had a clear view of the monsters dead corpse the arrow still intact but what threw us off guard was what was hiding in the forest after the gates shut an tentacle reached out and wrapped around the body and in that same devilish voice we all hated to hear it said Food at that moment the monster that was grabbing the dead corpse was thrown in the view of the cameras from all sides an monster emerged each more terrifying than the last and they all screamed food as they devoured the two monsters Tom paused the video and switched to live view and what we saw was worse we had not saved ourselves we only delayed the inevitable we had cornered ourselves in The Forest oF monsters
