The Reasoning

My life was never great. I had no friends. My family didn't care about me. I was failing in school. I cut every day. Nothing seemed to work out for me. I wanted an end. My name is Gerald Wright and I am 15.
It started when I was 6. My mom and dad had begun having arguments. They had always found a way to put me into it. They used excuses like, "He cried at the store for it," or, "He wouldn't shut the hell up!" That was when it came to money. They ended up having a divorce when I was 8 and then it all went downhill from there. My dad was sent to jail for murder. He killed a man and his wife because they supposedly slept with his wife, which he doesn't have. My mom works at a strip club so she's never home.
At school, I was always picked last in gym, I made horrible grades, and none of the teachers liked me. I had no friends either so I never had any reason to go.
And now, I didn't want to deal with this anymore. My dad gave me a revolver before he left and told me to use it to protect me. Well, I'm using it for something. My mom won't be home for another 3 hours and she won't even care...so why not now? I lay in my bed, dark, cold, and afraid. The gun is in my hand and I'm ready to pull the trigger.
Thoughts are racing through my mind. I don't know why I was even born. Then it hits me, I was a. Accident. I was never meant to be. I came from two people looking for fun, but not being safe with it. And now, I'm not going to wake up the next morning.
