Viktor and Natalia didn't know if they should trust these new people or not. It was hard for them to trust anybody after being in a place full of violence. But if the Cullen's tried anything, they wouldn't stand a chance against them.
Bella tried starting a conversation with them. "So how did you get those scars?" Viktor and Natalia quickly glanced at each other and continued looking ahead.
"Knives." was all Natalia said.
"What happened?" Alice asked.
"We don't like to talk about it." Viktor spoke.
Bella wanted to ask more, but before she could, Carlisle spoke. "If it's that sensitive, we will leave it alone." All he got was a nod in response.
After a few minutes, they arrived to the old base.
"This is where you live?" Rosalie asked, a little disgusted about the condition of the place.
"Well, nobody ever comes out here, and we didn't need to bother building it. It is actually pretty useful." Natalia told her.
"It looks so old." Emmett pointed out.
"That's because it is. It was built by the Soviets during WW1." Viktor said.
This surprised the Cullen's. Before they could ask anything, Natalia used her telekinesis to open the door and walked in, Viktor following.
The Cullen's decided to follow too. When they got inside, they noted that the whole place looked like a facility. It was mainly made of metal, but there was some stone too.
They continued walking until they reached one of the big rooms, which looked a little like a living room. Over the years, Viktor and Natalia have made the facility a little more homey. Although it still looked a little intimidating.
"Have a seat, then we can talk." Viktor said. So they all sat down. And they were ready with their questions.
