The weekend passed by quickly. We all lounged around and watched movies as we unpacked the bulk of our stuff from the apartment.
I was standing in the kitchen swaying my hips to the song playing over the speakers in the kitchen as I unwrapped some of the fragile picture frames we had packed.
"How can I resist you when you look like that." I heard whispered into my ear as a pair of strong arms wrapped around my hips. I giggled a childish laugh as the light stubble on his face tickled my ear as his face cradled into my neck. He turned me around and pulled my face to his as he kissed me passionately. I don't know how long we stood there for. My hands traveled his body. The tight shirt he was wearing was even tighter around his biceps making his muscles more prominent. I moaned against his lips and tugged his hair as he lifted me onto the counter.
"Ah-hem" someone fake coughed to get our attention. I pulled away and felt my cheeks redden as I saw Mark standing there with a few other men behind him. "There was some trouble at the club..." Mark said with a straight face. I felt Giovanni stiffen and his mood seemed to drop.
"Alright, give me 5 minutes and then we can go." He said with a sigh as he ran his hand through his hair. The men nodded and walked out of the kitchen area before I turned my attention back to Giovanni. I was still sitting on the counter in front of him. I pulled his face to look back at me and I placed a gentle kiss on his lips and then peppered his face with kisses making him laugh and playfully push me away.
"Tonight's my first night at the restaurant, so I'll be out until late." I said as I held his face in my hands.
"Okay." He gave me a fake pout. "Just be sure to text me when you're done and I'll come pick you up." He said as he kissed my forehead. "What was the name of this place again?"
The real name was Burlesque but I hadn't told him the truth about where I'm working just yet. I didn't want to cause concern where it isn't needed.
"Um, something Bella is all I know." I gave a fake laugh as I tried to list off a name of a restaurant I saw once before.
"Italian?" His eyebrow lifted. Shit, he basically knows all of the Italian places around here.
"Um, yeah, I think so." I said with a small smile.
"Come on Gio, lets go!" I heard someone call from outside of the kitchen.
"Alright, I have to go, let me know all about tonight." He kissed me hard before walking towards the men waiting. "Oh, and I'lI have one of my guys come over to keep an eye on Jordie." He said as he gave me a smile and left the room. He's always one step ahead of me, I hadn't even thought about the fact that Jordie would be alone.
I checked the large modern clock hanging on the wall opposite of the island counter and it was nearly 6. Shit, I needed to get ready. I wasn't sure how to dress for the shit tonight, all I knew is that I wanted to be Luxure and not Scar.
I set on the task of getting ready for the night. I showered as fast as I could, applied some dark makeup, and braided my hair so it fell down my back. I changed into a pair of black jeans and a black top. I packed a small bag with my wig, wallet and phone. I couldn't put the wig on in the house since Giovanni had security cameras all over the apartment and I didn't want him to see my going out as Luxure. I on some black converse and headed towards Jordie's new room.
"Hey dude, I have to go to work, I'll be home super late so I'll see you in the morning." I said as I leaned down and kissed his head and ruffled his hair. He was busy building a new lego set that Mark had bought for him.
"Okay Scar, night night." He said as he added another piece to his extravagant lego set up. I pretended to kick the statue over and he gave me a grumpy face as he stuck his tongue out at me. I laughed and headed out of the room. I saw a young guy sitting on the couch scrolling on his phone. I let out a small cough to let him know I was there.
