'Jin,'

My name was barely a whisper, mostly drowned out by the rustling sound of the leaves playing in the breeze above our heads.

I lazily turned my head to the side to look at a smiling Hoseok who was laying on a picnic blanket beside me, eyes closed and soaking up the sunlight that seemed to flow across his skin like a golden river.

'Hmm?'

He didn't respond. Instead he continued to twirl a daisy between his thumb and index finger, looking more contempt than I had ever seen him.

I waited for is reply but it never came.

I didn't mind. The silence was actually preferable for this moment.

'Jin!'

Hoseok sounded more urgent now. I turned my head towards him once more, this time slightly more annoyed.

'Yes Hobi?'

'Jin!'

His palm crashed into the side of my face. What the hell did I do wrong now?

'We're here. Wake up.'

I opened my eyes only to be greeted by a much less appealing environment. Hoseok was leaning over me, ready to smack my face once more. Was he enjoying this?

'I'm up! I'm awake. Stop it!'

He paused, looking almost disappointed before grinning with uncontainable excitement.

Glancing at the rear-view mirror, I noticed Namjoon roll his eyes before exiting the drivers side door.

'Do we get out?' I asked, focusing on Hoseok once again.

He shrugged, wordlessly opening the door on my side before clumsily climbing over me to get out of the limo.

'Sir,' he smiled, holding his hand out to me to help me out of my seat.

I grabbed it, returning the smile,

'What an absolute gentleman.'

The moment was once again cut short by the loud sound of the vehicle being locked. Namjoon had walked quite a distance away from us as he headed towards an enormous white building.

'Asshole,' Hoseok grumbled.

'Race you there!'

My words hadn't even fully left my mouth before I was sprinting full force towards the purple haired man.

I heard Hoseok start after me in a race towards the very annoyed looking finish line.

Obviously, my feet were on team Sunshine. I came tumbling to the ground just before reaching Namjoon, as Hoseok effortlessly flew over me.

'Are you two actually insane?' Namjoon yelled as he spun around, 'we're on palace grounds and you haven't stopped acting like children since getting into the damn limo!'

Stumbling to my feet I somehow manage to trip myself once again, prompting Hoseok to quickly pull me up by both my arms.

'I won't have you two idiots ruining my reputation today. I've worked too hard to have it destroyed by kids.' Namjoon continued before spinning around and walking towards the palace once more. 'Now shut up, behave and follow me.'

We silently trailed behind the fuming man, keeping our heads low.

Hoseok nudged my arm slightly, and I could see his cheeky grin from the corner of my eyes.

'So does this mean I won the race?'

'Behind!'

A lanky girl in a white chefs' uniform slithered past us balancing two steaming trays of fluffy brown buns.
