Bria's POV
Jade's christening is in three days , I find myself getting excited at just the thought of my baby being christened
"Bria. I have a crisis!" Bambi said running into my room
"What is it?" I asked
"I don't know which outfit to wear." She said conflicted
This again
"This outfit says 'I'm a good girl but I can be slutty' and this outfit says 'I'm the one to take home to your mommy'. Which one should I pick?" She asked
"Definitely the slutty one." James said walking out of the shower
"James, I thought you left for work" she said
"Are you sure about the slutty one though?" She asked
"Definitely." He said
"And I'm not going to work today, my girls and I are going house-hunting." he said giving us a toothy smile
"House hunting?" I asked surprisingly
"Yeah baby, we're gonna get you your dream house."
"Our dream house." I corrected
"You are my dream house." he said cheesily
"You really have a way with words James." I said laughing
"Slutty it is!" Bambi said walking out of the room ignoring us
She must be tired of us being lovey dovey all the time

"Babe."

"Yeah" I answered

"What do you think about me bringing all the men to the christening?" He asked me

"So you would leave the house empty?" I asked

"I'm thinking about what I should do." He said scrunching his eyebrows together.

James has got to be the smartest man I know, he strategizes so well, he makes decisions based on the benefits of his family, and by family I mean Jade and I, and his gang also. He isn't selfish in any way at all, except with me ofcourse. I definitely made the best choice to marry him.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" He asked
"Like what?" I asked
"Like a little creep" he smirked
"I'm just thinking about how I got lucky with you. I don't think I could've made a better decision." I smile to myself
"Then you have no idea how proud I am to have a fighter like you as my wife. You endured so much and now you're as strong as ever. I'm in awe of you Bria." He said kissing me on my forehead
"Okay. Stop I'm gonna cry." I said trying to laugh it off
The truth is, James and I have been through so much, however I know people think we got married too early, or that it is because I got pregnant for him.
I don't need validations from anyone because I know I found my soulmate, and I don't have a single feeling of regret in my heart, even if we were young.
He plants a kiss on my lips and caresses my butt, then slaps it.
"James!" I laughed
"And I think we should have some men at the christening and some at home. Just to be on the safe side." I said
We don't know what may happen, and since there's a rat in the gang they've probably already told that we're gonna go out on Jade's christening. The least we can do is be safe.
"That's what I was thinking. I just need to get a hold of this rat, cause I'm sure whoever it was already spilled their fucking guts that we're having Jade's christening." He said
"Do you have any idea of who it may be?" I asked
"Ofcourse babe. I always have a lead. I think I know exactly who it is." He said
"I just need to make sure."

45 minutes later, James was carrying Jade in his arms towards the car with his keys dangling on his belt. I grabbed the keys from his pocket and ran swiftly into the driver's seat. James just chuckled and shook his head.

He put Jade in the car seat and came around to the driver's door, I quickly pressed the lock on the door so he couldn't come in.

"Bria, we're meeting the architect in 6 minutes." he said annoyed

"I know, I'm gonna drive." I said confidently starting the engine and revving it

James runs his hands through his hair
