After the 30 minutes long drive with the lady trying to initiate conversation to no avail, you'd finally made it to their home.
It was a beautiful creamy white house.
There was a small front yard with a small water feature.
You got out of the car and took your bags with you inside, having to do a couple of trips.
You dropped all your stuff into an empty bedroom. (Which used to be the attic)
"..*sigh* guess this is my room for. The next two years.." You said feeling a little homesick.
You did up your room all pretty and saw that your chair which you'd shipped over was hung up already.

Guess you did end up bringing a little bit of mum with you.
After making your bed and putting your clothes away you admired your hard work.

There was a knock at your door.
Uzai: I gotta go. Seeya rat face.
Baka: bye idiot.
You put your phone down on your bed and walked to the door.
"yes?" You asked the lady who stood infront of you with a smile.
"I just wanted to say that dinners ready. Have you finished your room?" She asked warmly.
You nodded.
She smiled at you and gestured down the steps.
You followed her down to the dining room.
"we'll be having fish, rice, and miso soup for dinner. I hope you don't mind?" She said pulling out your chair for you.
You nodded.
"thankyou for your kind hospitality." You said a little shyly.
The lady smiled and nodded.
"thankyou for settling so easily into our house! My son will be home tomorrow. He's at a training camp! He also plays volleyball! I think the two of you will get along very well!" She said excitedly.
You smiled and nodded at her.
"he sounds very interesting." You said.
You both then ate your dinner amd you helped with the dishes.
