You walked to the bus stop a little earlier than usual so you could get to morning training earlier.

Unfortunately for you.

A 6 foot giant walked tiredly next to you.

You walked in silence.

Until he tried to talk to you.

"so~ I know I must be overwehelming you with my looks but don't worry~ I'm just as normal as the next guy~"
He said in a flirtatious way.

You ignored him completely.

"hello?"
He asked thinking you had not heard him.

"y/n?"
He said again.

"are you ignoring me? THE Tooru Oikawa!? The best setter in the whole of Japan!? The girl magnet!? The most handsome man in probably the whole world!?"
He exclaimed.

"I try to not associate myself with self centered, egotistical, pricks, so if you could stop trying to flirt with me that'd be great."
You said annoyed.

His jaw dropped.

Never once has he been rejected.

"do you even know who I am!?"
Tooru exclaimed.

"Yeah. A waste of my time."
You said without missing a beat.

He gasped.

"whaaaaat!? I-I am not!"
He said rather loudly.

"shut it Trashy Tooru. There's people who are still sleeping."
You said annoyed.

He instantly shut up.

"wow.. You remind me of Iwa chan"
He said quietly.

You ignored him and kept walking.

Once you were at your stop he said bye and continued his way to school.

Girls who had just gotten off the bus swarmed Round him and you scoffed and got on the bus.

Ugh, I hate people like him.

Morning practice didn't start until another 30 minutes and noone was there.

You brought out your own volleyball and practiced your recieves on a nearby wall.

You hit the ball back to the wall perfectly.

A hand rest itself on your shoulder causing chills to run up your spine.

"boo."
Someone spoke.

"Gah!"
You exclaimed fearfully.

The group of girls laughed and head into practice with you trailing them.

It's been about 2 weeks since you joined the team and somehow every morning Oikawa found himself by your side droping you off at your bus stop.

He was probably the most annoying person you'd met.

He only ever talked about himself.

He adresses everyone as chan as if they're all lower than him.

He- ugh! Even just thinking about him made you annoyed.

Another thing that annoyed you was that even after two weeks of being in japan you hadn't improved much either..

Your team was quite concerned to see that you weren't improving aswell.

And you hadn't seen your sister since you'd last parted two weeks ago...

Not everything was bad though!

A good thing that happened was that Yachi san, your bus buddie, became the boys manager!

You were now in a shared practice with the boys team when Yachi suddenly gasped.

Really loud.

It got everyones attention.

"What is it Yachi chan?"
Daichi asked clutching his own heart from being frightened from the sudden noise.

All of a sudden Yachi ran over to her bag and pulled out one of her notebooks and wrote something on it in fairly large writing.

"Y/N! READ THIS!"
She said as if she'd finally cracked the code.

You looked at her weirdly.

"what do you mean read that? What the heck am I supposed to be even reading?"
You asked confused squinting your eyes at her.

A couple of gasps were heard.

"wait! You can't read that!?"
Hinata exclaimed.

You looked to him.

"Am I supposed to be able to?"
You asked him confused.

Everyones mouths dropped open.

"it all makes sense now!"
Ukai exclaimed.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"y/n, have you ever gotten an eye test before?"
Suga asked with a small smile.

You thought for a moment then shook. Your head.

"I was either sick or was at an appointment when it was testing days, so no..?"
You said with a shrug.

The teams all laughed.

"w-what is it? Why are you laughing?"
You asked confused.

"y-y/n. You're super blind."
Michimiya said with a smile.

You looked at her weirdly.

"no.. I have perfect vision..."
You said to them confidently.

After training Ukai drove you to the mall where you got your eyes tested.

"thanks for dropping me off Ukai san."
You said with a bow.

He smiled at you.

"so, you really had no idea?"
He asked with a laugh.

You felt your face redden.

"u-uh.. W-well.."
You said nervously.

He laughed and smiled at you.

"welp, I guess you'll have to have a chat with your dad about a new accessory ~"
He said as he pulled out.

You smiled a wonky smile at him and watched as his car left.

"y/n! How was your day?"
Mrs Oikawa asked from the kitchen.

You smiled at her awkwardly.

"haha.. Great..!"
You said nervously.

"y/n. I'm a mother. I can see through your lies from kilometres away. Speaking if seeing. How'd the eye test go."
She said in a matter of factly tone.

You sighed and looked down.

"they asked me how I was able to do anything with my vision."
You said quietly, a little embarrassed.

"oh love!"
She exclaimed bursting into a fit of laughter.

Just in that moment Mr Oikawa walked into the room.

"what happened here?"
He asled with a smile.

"y-y/n found out she's as blind as a bat!"
Mrs Oikawa exclaimed as if it was the funniest thing in the world.

You huffed and crossed your arms annoyed.

"oh! Is it pick on y/n night tonight~?"
Tooru asked propping his arm on your head like an arm rest.

You grumbled annoyed while the family all joked to you.

"I'm going to study. You're all being mean."
You grumbled.

They all burst out into laughter at your little tantrum.
