Yoongi and Jimin became inseparable and eventually bought a flat together where they'd spend their nights eating excessive amounts of ice cream and watching shitty reality T.V, while laughing obnoxiously at one and others silly antics. Jimin helped Yoongi recreate his life and going as far as getting the small boy a job with him at their favourite café.
Jimin made Yoongi feel complete, he'd become family, he'd become someone Yoongi could trust.
Yoongi had spent the year feeling amazing, even walking to work and home each day, not caring about the darkness. Though recently Yoongi felt his past coming back to him. Each day would start off with a strange occurrence, however it was always explainable.
A loud bang would wake him up most mornings, he assumed it was Jimin getting ready for work or school, though when he'd get up to check no one would be around.
He'd notice his clothes began going missing, though Yoongi would brush it off assuming Jimin had taken them.
Though there was one thing that Yoongi couldn't explain. He had a secret admirer sending him gifts. They'd range from chocolates and flowers to things he spoke about needing. Each gift would eerily have a strange letter attached to it asking about his day and if he liked what he received. The letters would be signed with a neat bolded mark, J.H.
He appreciated the strange gifts though not the feeling of being unaware of the sender.
It was todays gift that made Yoongi' s breathing jagged and his heart beat fast. His admirer had sent him chocolates as usual, in addition to a photo of the boy with Jimin at the café. A message was written with the same neat handwriting.
"A little too close baby, don't you think?" Yoongi read softly, his hands shaking as he placed the photo down.
He immediately ran to each window, locking it and pulling the curtains closed. Before returning to his own room, locking the door and sitting on his bed hugging his knees to his chest.
This was more than some secret admirer; this was a stalker. Even the word sent a shiver down Yoongis spine.
He wanted to call out of work and stay home, though Yoongi never made good decisions.
The walk to the café made Yoongi more paranoid then normal, constantly looking over his shoulder and moving as fast as his short legs could take him. Each step he took he could feel someone else's behind him, though no matter how many times he'd turn around no one would be there. Yoongi placed his hands into his pockets and kept his head down finally reaching the café where he took a breath of relief.
The café made Yoongi feel safe and happy, even if he was cleaning bathrooms and washing dishes. The café couldn't distract Yoongi from the thought of having a stalker. He took deep breaths as he looked up, even with no one in the café he still felt watched. He could feel the click of the camera that took the picture of him and Jimin. A tear slowly began trickling down Yoongi's cheek; he stood there sniffling quietly before the sound of someone clearing their throat awakened him. Yoongi quickly looked up wiping the tear off his cheek, locking eyes with the tall man.
"Hey mint chip." He teased his voice gentle and warming to Yoongi.
"Welcome to Nuri's Café, what can I get you?" Yoongi spoke focusing his attention on the mans watch rather than his dark eyes.
The man chuckled deeply bringing his head down to where Yoongi was staring meeting his gaze.
"I'd like a cappuccino sweetheart, and to see those pretty little eyes." He spoke gently with a teasing grin running through his face.
Yoongi could feel his face getting warmer as his cheeks were coated in a pink blush.
"C-coming right up!" he stuttered out, quickly running to the cappuccino machine.
The man only smirked and nodded slowly walking over to a table.
Yoongi stared at him deeply, his eyes traveling from his perfect jet-black hair to his expensive suit, focusing on the first three loose buttons.
Yoongi ogled at the way the man would check the time, his sculpted face looking down while he tightened his jaw.
The man would look back up meeting Yoongi' s gaze with a raised eyebrow and cocky smirk.
"My coffee ready love?" Yoongi gently nodded cowering slightly when the man stood back up his height intimidating Yoongi.
"Thank you, Yoongi." The man spoke sweetly reading Yoongi' s name tag.
"You're welcome..." Yoongi spoke unsure of the man's name as he extended a hand..
"Hoseok. Jung Hoseok." Hoseok spoke firmly placing his large hands in Yoongi' s small ones.
Yoongi' s words were stuck into his throat as smiled dumbly at the attractive man before him, the smell of his expensive cologne filling Yoongi' s nose.
Hoseok gave him one last smirk before walking off leaving Yoongi to mentally scream at himself.
Yoongi's smile dropped as he gazed outside to the the pitch black darkness of the street.
It was 9pm and Yoongi would have to walk home, completely alone.
