Chapter 21 Steph?

Stephen's Pov:

The image was forever ingrained into my brain...Anthony laying on a table cold and pale his body cut open. Just silence since the baby was taken...It kept playing in my head getting more detailed or worse Anthony just barely being alive when I find him...His hand reaching out eyes watering as he looked at me just before he slipped away.

"Steph!?" I startled and looked at Anthony...I noticed the same look on the faces of the others.

"Y-yes?" I asked and Anthony frowned.

"I asked if you guys are alright and none of you are answering me," Anthony said.

"We're fine," Sam said and Anthony looked like he didn't believe him.

"Dinner's ready," Bucky said and we all sat and ate...I kept glancing at Anthony my mind playing with me as it flashed the image in my head. What if it happens? I felt my body go cold at the thought. The image of Anthony barley alive reaching for his child that was being taken from him. What if they wait for him to have her? That wouldn't work...She's already connected to him and it's strong. She already loves Anthony and I can tell Anthony already loves her...If it is a "her". I saw Anthony suddenly smile and wonder if it was still sharing its emotions with him.

"What about Mika?" I blinked my mind slipping back into the conversation.

"It's unique," Clint said and Anthony gave him a look.

"How about Ebony?" Sam asked and Anthony smiled.

"I like that," Anthony said.

"Ebony Rose maybe?" Steve said and Anthony smiled.

"That's a fucking pretty name," Clint said.

"What if it's a boy?" Bucky asked.

"T'Chaka," Anthony said and I saw T'Challa's heart melt.

"You'd name it after my father?" T'Challa asked.

"Yeah, you loved your dad...Plus It's a good name." Anthony said.

"We could change it a bit...Like Samuel T'Chaka." Sam said and Anthony laughed.

"Ok just for that we're not naming it any version of Sam," Anthony said and Sam laughed.

"Damn," Sam said.

"How about Stephenie?" Clint asked and they all looked at me.

"Please don't name it after me," I said and Anthony frowned.

"What about Ivy?" Sam asked and Anthony glanced at him but looked back at me worriedly. I felt a tugging knowing Anthony was about to send some form of emotion when his eyes never glowed and I felt love...I chocked and they all looked at me as I sat surprised...It can connect to me!?

"Stephen? You ok?" Sam asked and I tried to rein in my emotions because the unyielding love I was getting was so overwhelming. Should I tell them?

"Stephy?" Anthony asked worriedly.

"Fine just a bit overwhelmed," I said and Anthony looked confused for a second before his eyes widened.

"By what?" T'Challa asked.

"Me...Sorry." Anthony suddenly said making me look at him confused and he shook his head...He didn't want me to say anything...Why?

"Are you alright?" Sam asked Anthony...Does he think they'll be upset? Does he think she'll only connect to us?

Tony's Pov:

"Anthony?" I looked up and saw Stephen walk into the lab. "You know Bruce said you weren't allowed in here...right?" Stephen asked.
