Michael's POV.

I walked into my house and saw my mum in the kitchen cooking.

"Mum! I know what I want for Christmas!" I said.

"Okay. Okay. Hold on a minute. Dinners almost ready, and we can talk about it then." She said.

I nodded, and set the table for us. She brought out two plates of spaghetti, and we both sat down

"Okay Michael, what do you want?" She asked.

"Well. You know Luke right?" I asked.

"The kid I found in your room? Of course." She laughed.

"Well. He lives at the orphanage." I said.

She had a sorrowful expression on his face. "Oh.."

"Yeah. They never get anything for Christmas, and I was thinking, maybe instead of getting me stuff that I would use for a short period of time, maybe we could get them stuff." I said.

"Michael. That's an amazing idea." She said, and placed a hand over her heart.

I smiled.

"How many kids are there?"

"Maybe 20."

"Yeah. We can do that just find out how many kids are there, and their ages. Maybe even ask the little ones what they want. They won't think twice about it." She said.

"Okay. I'll do it tomorrow." I said.

--

"No. Luke's not here. He's at Liz's house." Ashton said.

"Okay good." I said once he let me in.

"Why is that good?"

"You'll see. Can I have a list of all the kids names and ages." I said.

"Michael! That's creepy!" Ashton said.

It did sound better in my head.

"Fine. Ill tell you." I said.

"I wanna get them all something for Christmas since they never get anything." I said.

He smiled, and nodded. "You know. I always knew somewhere under that red hair and horns there was a good person."

I scoffed. "Shut up Ashton."

He led me to his mums office and she smiled once she saw us.

"Hi Michael. Nice seeing you again."

"You too." I said and smiled.

"Hey mum. Can Michael have a list of all the kids, and their ages?" Ashton asked.

"That's weird." She said bluntly.

"But. He's doing it for a good reason. He wants to get all the kids something for Christmas." Ashton said.

"Are you serious?" She asked.

I nodded. "Me and my mum are going shopping. I told her I didn't want anything this year."

"Michael. That's the nicest thing anyone's ever done for them. They'll be so exited, thank you." She said, and hugged me.

"It's no problem." I said, and she started writing the list.

I smiled when she handed it to me.

"Do you know what Luke might want?" I asked.

"Hmm. I'm not sure. There's this one band..Mercy Prada or something like that-"

"Mayday Parade." Ashton corrected.

"Yes! Them! He's been begging me for tickets, because they're coming to Sydney soon. He was so upset when I told him that we couldn't afford it." She said.

"That's perfect." I said and smiled.

.

Once we left the office, I talked with all of the little kids.

A lot of them wanted fire trucks, and others wanted coloring books, and other stuff.

I brought the list home, and she said we could go shopping tomorrow.
