Kyle Thomason, a regular guy, with a regular job, well actually, he found the job rather boring, people would come and go, and he would always get bored.

Though there was one thing that Kyle did enjoy about his job, he found it rather dumb honestly, there was this one costumer, he'd come in the same time everyday, the same time Kyle would be working the register, 9am sharp, on the dot, he would come in and order his usual- or even mix it up sometimes.

Kyle was at the cash register, he glanced at his watch, it was 8:55am. He groaned a bit, and began to take the orders of other random costumers.

He wasn't really content with the job, but it gave him money to pay for things he needed, so he would have to make due until he finds a different job.

Kyle was thinking about the costumer he kept running into, he had been on his mind a lot lately, he had only seen him for at least 5 minutes a day, but something about him stuck to Kyle.

Was it his easygoing attitude? Or was it how exciting he was ? Kyle shook the thoughts out of his head as he heard the bell on the door ring.

There he was, the costumer, kyle's bored expression immediately lifted, to a soft grin.

The two were face to face right now, The male smiled, and waved.

"Gooood morning Kyle !"

"Ah, yes hello fanboy." Kyle smiled, "what can I get you today?"

Kyle looked at fanboy, he wasn't sure if his actual name was fanboy, but he went by it anyways, Kyle didn't seem to mind, he thought it was unique.

Kyle was so zoned out he didn't catch what fanboy said— he quickly shook his head and put in a random order.

"That'll be 5 dollars," Kyle quickly tried to play it off.

"Okay great!" Fanboy smiled and paid.

Kyle gave fanboy the receipt, and began to grow nervous, he took his copy of the receipt and put it somewhere, he impatiently waited in the back for fanboys coffee, whatever he had given him.

Kyle watched as an employee gave him some sort of coffee, one that definitely looked extremely sweet, Kyle awkwardly took the coffee and wrote a message in marker.

Forgive me for this mistake I've made, I hope this isn't horrible or anything - Kyle

Kyle quickly panicked, realizing what he wrote was really over the top and stupid, he sighed and just gave fanboy the cup.

"Here you go.. have a nice day.." he muttered under his breath.

"Thank you!" Fanboy hummed and wandered off to the table.

Kyle went back to the cash, awkwardly glancing at fanboy every now and then, he wondered why he hasn't said anything about the coffee yet.

He watched as fanboy turned the cup a bit to see Kyle's message, and a small chuckle escaped his lips.

Kyle blushed awkwardly as fanboy glanced up at him, he waved, and Kyle waved back nervously.

Kyle continued to serve costumers for a few minutes until he was free for a brief moment, fanboy approached and smiled a bit.

"I'm sorry about the drink, it was a bad mistake-" Kyle soon added.

"It's okay! It actually tasted great!" Fanboy smiled.

"Well I'm glad you're not mad-" Kyle laughed.

"Whenever you're on break would you like to hang out ?" He asked.

"W-What? Me..? Really-" Kyle looked surprised.

"Yep!" Fanboy nodded.

"S-Sure.. that sounds quite lovely." He smiled.
