Chapter 13 Cheesy

Jennie’s POV

The lunch went well, for the first time I find my boss interesting, he somehow a joker and happy to talked with. He told me that he don’t want to be awkward between us after he confessed that he really liked me.

Since he confessed to me, Leon changed his treatment towards me and also to other employees. All employees we’re shocked for these changes of our CEO because ever since he became the CEO he never smiled and remained cold to everyone except for Mr. Lee.

I’m still confused of my boss changed of attitude but I’m really glad if he continues his good attitude to everyone and not being brat.

My thought was cut off by a sudden knock, it’s too early in the morning to have any visitor and even my boss isn’t still here. I quickly open up the door revealing my boss smile ear to ear. What’s up with him? Why he need to knock? “Good morning sir” I greeted him wearing my sweetest smile.

“Good morning Miss Kim. I know you’re curious why I knocked?” she playfully asked

“Yeah! why though?” I asked back while raising my brow

“Because you allowed me to enter your life” he exclaimed while staring deeply in my eyes. Is he high right now?

Wait what? I don’t get it “Huh?”

“I knocked right?” he said and I nodded “It means I knocked to your heart”

“Then you opened the door, it means you opened and allowed me to enter your heart” he continues while walking nearer in front of me

“Lastly, you greeted me then I greeted back so it means you give me a chance to make you happy” he seriously said while holding my hands and stares deeply into my eyes

I was speechless because his sudden taut. I can hear my heart beat rapidly; I hope he can’t hear it.

“That was cheesy” I chucked to lessen awkwardness. I want to laugh oh his cheesiness. This man is unpredictable sometimes.

“But I mean it though” he chuckled also while caressing my hand. He used to caress my hand when he felt I’m nervous

I looked away to hide my blush but he suddenly hold my chin to turn my face to him and cupped my cheeks then he leaned closer until there’s no gap between us. I can’t move until I feel his lips. His lips are soft as mallow and it taste like mint. When he notice that I never kiss back, he bite my lower lip that make me open my mouth, he quickly enter his tounge to my mouth then he went deeper that was the time I kissed back. I wrapped my arms around his nape while his hands are on my waist. I was lost and my heart wants to explode at this moment. He sucked my lower lip that I let out little moan. We kissed for almost five minutes. We pulled away when we need some air to breath. Then we stare each other while catching our breath.

He tried to kiss me again when a sudden knocks that  both us startled, he glared the door and I can see the anger in his face. I was about to open the door but he hesitate to go back to my table and voluntarily open the door. Fuck’ I heared him said. I don’t know if I will be thankful or not to the person who interrupted us because some part of me want to kiss him again.

Leon’s POV

“Fuck” I whisper while opening the door. Whoever this person I surely kill him for interrupting us.

“What the fuck do you wan-” I cut off

“Woah! Easy bro it just me!” Zayn said while put his hands in front of me like shield.

I frowned, “Come in!” I signal my hand to enter my office

“Did I interrupt something” he smirks and glances at Jennie

I changed the subject because I don’t want Jennie to be uncomfortable, “When did you arrive? Why you didn’t call me so that I fetch you in the airport” I asked him to turn his attention to me.

He sit in the couch and laid his back, “Cause I want to surprise you. See! you surprised” he laughingly said

If this person is not my best friend I will throw him outside for disturbing us.

I can see that he has interest with Jennie, “Who is the pretty lady over there?” he asked while his eyes stuck to Jennie.

I smirked and I called Jennie to go beside me, “He is my bestfriend Zayn ,Zayn Malik and buddy  this is Jennie, Jennie Kim my secretary and also my girlfriend” as I introduced them to each other. I can feel that Jennie was stiffed so I caress the back of her arm. I will explain to her later.

While Zayn smiled as he got up, “Hello Jennie, this is the first time that my best friend introduces his girlfriend. You really changed buddy.” He raise his hand for handshake then glanced at me

“Nice to meet you Zayn.”  She nervously said then accepts Zayn’s hand

“My bestfriend was lucky to have you. You’re so pretty and hot~” he complimented then winked. What the!? I glared at him . He's teasing

“T-thanks” she stuttered

“Babe you need to go back to your work. We will talk later” I smiled at her then she nodded and smiled at Zayn before she go back to her desk

I turned to my bestfriend, “We will talked outside. I don’t want Jennie to disturb in her work."

“Fine! Let’s go man” he said excitedly.

“Okay! Just wait me outside the office I just wanna say good bye to Jennie” I said as I walked to Jennie

She looked up me, “Jennie I’ll explain later. We will be out for a while. I’ll be back before lunch. Take care ” I stare her then giving her my sweetest smile

She smiled back. “Okay. I’ll wait you. Take care too”, knowing that she really waits and care for me that was enough for me make me happy.  I kissed her for head before I leave the office.
