I have a plan. I will loose weight. I have never been happy with the way I look and I have finally decided to do something about it.
I will no longer be the fat, ugly, freak. I will be skinny, pretty and people will like me.

So anyway 44 days ago I decided that I would record EXACTLY what I eat and what I weigh everyday.
I used to be 168lbs (that's 12stone) - I know you'd thinking woah that's massive (I am 5"9).
I was 12st and I realised how fat I was.
I ate less than 300 calories a day (that was my dinner that was monitored by my mum) and exercise frequently.
It's not much but since then I have reached my goal weight. I lost 1 stone!

I was so pleased! So I currently weigh 154lbs but I am still fat. And I am still determined to carry on.
I can do this. I will be beautiful!
