Chapter five| Cora and Paige

Cora's POV

"What the hell was that?" I demand to Derek. Peter growled and punched the wall.

"How the hell is she alive!?"

I shoved Derek's shoulder. "What the hell Derek!? You didn't do anything!? Dumb b*tch Braeden tried to kill her. And 'her' happens to be your first love. The girl you once mourned over. You knew her for a while...but Braeden? You barely even know her! So what she saved Isaac? And Leo? You where friends with him since 6th grade. Why the hell did you not stop her?" I demanded.

"Oh shut up," Braeden hissed. I feel my eyes shift to a searing yellow.

A hand is placed on my shoulder. "Stop," I recognize Scott's voice. I jerk away from him and glare at Braeden.

"You have no idea what you are talking about," I take a step towards her. Braeden does too.

"Really? I'm sure I care more about Derek than that girl," Braeden smirks.

"No. You really don't. I know you're only using him," I growl.

"Really? Just like I'm sure he'll use you," she looks a little behind me. I know she's looking at Scott.

Lately Scott has been protective. He treats me like I'm a toddler.

I growl, "that's it!" Then I lunge.

Scott wraps his strong arms around me, keeping from getting near her.

"Let me the f*ck go!" I holler.

Scott puts me on my feet and I shove him. All the while Derek watched saying nothing.

I look at Derek.

"Mom would be disappointed in you," I say.

And with that I turn and walk out.

Paige's POV

I see nothing.

Leo curses. There's a bump. Another curse. A light flashed. I close my eyes.

I open my eyes to Leo holding his phone flashing light on both of us.

"What's going on?" I ask. Around us is darkness.

"I think we've been kidnapped."
