Sorry was the only thing Snow could think to say. She's sorry for not going to find her angel. She's sorry for not protecting any of her sisters and brothers. She's sorry she can't be a better neko. And in Snows eyes, apologies aren't enough. Yet all she can say is sorry.
And as Snow crys,Sam and Dean praise her and try to calm her down. Sam, Dean and Castiel knew this would be a process. And they are prepared to handle this. All they can do right now is try to calm Snow down. And Snow ends up crying herself to sleep in Deans arms.
When she wakes up they will try again. At least they made some progress.
