Part Time Lovers!

Synopsis

"When someone dies, the soul lives. But it disintegrates into two pieces. Those two pieces take birth again, two humans who are soul mates. A part of each other. The puzzle that completes each other. But eventually, those two humans die, and that one soul now have four parts. All four, a part of each other, soulmates of each other. The process continues, and that's one reason that one person can have more than one soulmate. You can fall in love, more than once. You can be in love with more than one person at once. Because love is an emotion, it's not  boundry ridden"

Characters:

1. Parth Samthaan as Anurag Basu

Anurag Basu, 27 years old, is the only son of Moloy and Mohini Basu, and the doting brother to Rakhi, Nivedita and Tapur Basu. MBA, now handling Basu group of companies with his sister Nivedita Basu.

In love with Prerna Shrama, who is now married to someone else. He believes she still loves him, and is on a quest to prove that to her.

"When Anurag Basu fell in love, he took his own sweet time to realise the same because he never believed in a concept as cliche as love. But Prerna's free spirit and non stop talks drew him to her soul and they fell in soul stirring love, the one their destiny didn't support. Maybe that's why his love became another name for the betrayal he received when Prerna married someone else"

2. Erica Jennifer Fernandes as Prerna Sharma Bajaj

Prerna Sharma Bajaj, 25 year old, daughter of Rajesh and Veena Sharma. Has three other siblings, two brothers and a sister. Married to Rishabh Bajaj, who blackmailed her for the same. Step mother to Kuki Bajaj.

Loves Anurag Basu, and is conflicted about her opinions on Mr. Bajaj. She thought she hated him, only to realise she couldn't, not after knowing he was a grey man, but not a villain.

"When Prerna Sharma fell in love, she hoped about roses and forgot the thorns. She saw the world through rose tinted glasses and forgot that it was an illusion. She dreamt of fairytales and forgot life's reality. Maybe, that's why her love became another name for sacrifice. She sacrificed herself, and married Rishabh Bajaj, in return of her love, Anurag's life"

3. Karan Singh Grover as Rishabh Bajaj.

Rishabh Bajaj, 35 year old, is a doting father to Kuki. Married to Prerna. Not much about his personal life is known, but he did have an abusive childhood at the hands of his own father.

Shrewd, cunning, selfish to a lot of extent. He would go to any lengths for his own and his loved ones advantage, like he did force Prerna to marry him for his daughter needed a mother. What he didn't plan was falling for his daughter's mother.

"When Rishabh Bajaj married Prerna, he wasn't looking for love in his life, he was looking for love in his daughter's life, but somewhere down the road, he fell in love with his daughter's mother, and her goodness. He didn't know if he would have a happy end, if his wife would ever love him back, but he knew he had the courage to love her through the thick and thins even if she didn't reciprocate"

4. Jennifer Winget as Snigdha Malik.

Snigdha Malik, orphan, is a 25 year old recently MBA graduate, looking for a job. She is a nerd by heart, but knows how to carry herself. Confidence is her second name. Future PA to Anurag Basu.

"When Snigdha Mallik had walked into Basu group of industries, she was seeking a job, and ended up finding love. She knew the man she loved, loved someone else. She saw Anurag pining for her everyday, but that didn't resolve her own feelings. They just continued to grow deeper. She didn't know if Anurag would ever see her love, or feel it, but she knew that she would hold his hand through whatever obstacle he needs her to"
