a dfferent country

The Date ;)

I look at the time and me and Josh have a breakfast date in 20 minutes. I sneak the boys out. I walk over to Josh and I sit on the side of the bed and I grabbed his hand and rolled him over onto his back. I said softly, " Josh. Hey buddy wake up we got 15 minutes before our date starts. I called a restaurant just now. I reserved a table. Come on lets g.."

Before I finished the rest of that line, he grabbed the side of my face and as he leaned in for a kiss I backed away from him. You could see the disappointment in his eyes. I knew that would upset him. But I couldn't do it honestly so I had to make an exception. I said to him seriously and regretfully, " Josh if we go to the movies instead of breakfast 'date' you will take us to the movies. I might consider you kissing me."

He looked at me and smiled he asked with the cutest voice ever, " what movie do you want to see?"

I looked at him and I know he doesn't like scary movies but it was the only place where there weren't little kids. But I had to. Unless it was in the very back of the theater. So I made the choice of a scary movie because in Los Angeles there is more scary movies than little kid aka Disney, Pixar ,or Dreamworks. So I chose Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark. I know not really a movie him or I would like but for him it will be worth it.

When we got to the movie theater I was scared. I didn't know if I could do it So I bought popcorn Mike & Ikes and a small Dr.Pepper. When we went to the very back of the theater we watched a few previews and waited. The movie was only 1 hour and 38 minutes. When the movie started he tried to get my attention by looking at me then looking away this throughout the entire movie. I did the same thing several times. Then as he grabbed the side of my face We leaned in towards each other. Then the worst thing happened ever well it wasn't the worst but All of Josh's friends came in and they most likely saw me and Josh leaned close to each other. When they came up towards the back me and Josh left since there was only 5 minutes left. We went to a different theater this time we seen a kid movie. We seen Frozen 3. It was amazing In the last two minutes for the movie before credits he kissed me. It was amazing indescribable. I spaced out and I sat in the theater for a minute before it started again.
