Aries p.o.v
Aries gasped for breath as he ran. He grabbed onto Libra's hand to make her run faster. A dart wizzed past his ear making his hair stand on end. He looked behind him to try and get a good look at the killer, but the corridor was too dark so the murderer was just a shadow against the gloom.
Aries could feel Libra start to lag behind him, so he tugged on her arm slightly to urge her on. As long as they could find the others, they would be safe. Aries turned another corner sharply, and Libra almost face planted the wall, but her quick reflexes stopped her from the impact. He heard another dart impale itself in a shelf above his head. They were getting way too close for comfort now.
Just as they turned a corner, the duo nearly ran into another pair of people. Aries didn't have time to register who they were before a last dart came hurtling towards him. He dodged it quickly. He was about to let out a sigh of relief until one of the people standing in front of him fell to their knees.
"Sagittarius!" A male voice yelled, which Aries instantly recognised as Cancer, but it was weak and forced.
Aries checked behind him to see if the killer had gone, which it had, and to see if Libra was okay. She seemed unscathed, if a bit out of breath and shocked. His gaze returned to Sagittarius, who was on her knees staring at Cancer, her hazel eyes wide in horror. At first, Aries didn't see what was wrong until Cancer knelt down quickly and tilted Sagittarius' head back to reveal the dart implanted in her neck.
Libra noticed too and gasped. Not knowing what to do, Aries put his arm comfortingly around Libra and watched the scene unfold.
There was not much blood coming out of the wound itself, but Sagittarius started to choke. A river of red trickled out of the corner of her mouth, down her jaw and dripped onto the ground. Aries watched Cancer put his hand on her shoulders to steady her as she coughed. When she was done, she looked at Aries with an urgent tone, her eyes both staring at him and a million miles away, "You need to get Cancer help-" She was interrupted by another coughing fit, "He's dying!"
Her words hardly registered in his head before she collapsed completely. Cancer was there to catch and lowered her to the ground gently. "It's going to be okay. You'll be fine." He heard Cancer say soothingly to Sagittarius. He stroked her hair in reassurance.
Sagittarius smiled weakly, "I know." She raised her hand out to someone invisible with a look of yearning and desire, "I'm coming, Aquarius." She whispered almost inaudibly before her arm went limp and she was left staring at something that wasn't there.
Libra shook slightly in small sobs, which was slightly off considering they had never been friends. Then again, Cancer looked no less heartbroken than Libra, if not more.
"You okay man?" Aries asked his friend, giving him a hand to help him up.
Cancer took it. "Yeah." He said with a shaky breath. But on closer inspection, Cancer was not okay. His face was clammy and pale, with hair stuck to his forehead. He was having to lean on the wall to steady himself, and the wound in his shoulder, still with the knife implanted there, had turned a nasty shade of green.
Libra spoke for the first time in a while, "We need to find medicine for that, and fast."
Scorpio p.o.v
"I have an idea." Taurus said with a smile creeping up her face. Scorpio watched her as she looked at the ceiling. He gazed to what she was looking at. All he could see were the shadows of the low beams dancing. Taurus' dark eyes were wide with excitement as she final explained. "What if we have to use the light from the candles to find a secret entrance?"
