before telling jordan and layla about bringing hannah here. i think about hannah being the person i trust the most to tell everything knowing she could relate- and if not, understand where im coming from. i think about her telling me she feels the same way about me, so she would believe me right?

maybe hannah would be scared; scared for her well-being because if she comes here the chances of her being taken by hydra for knowing me are very high. maybe she would be scared for my well-being, maybe i would be punished for bringing hannah here. strucker did say there would be consequences if failed so there's probably the same consequences to doing things you're not supposed to.

i decide not to bring hannah into this unless she willingly wants to be here.

but, i will be telling hannah about how im trapped here in this dream reality and every single detail about what happens.

she's the one i trust the most, right?

"okay we should make a plan on what exactly what we're going to do when we start the mission" layla says.

"yeah" jordan agrees and i nod

i fly through another chitauri as is slides on the concrete, breaking the surface.

i land on the ground, i feel a breeze of wind as i watch the incoming chitauri from the sky portal being blown back in.

i look to my right to see hannah straining, the wind coming from her palms.

"can you help?" she asks with gritted teeth, from struggling.

i use my telekinesis, forcing back ones at the surface of the portal. i see purple cover the front of the chitauri as they get pushed back slightly further into the portal.

"we can't hold them off forever" i say to hannah and the earpiece.

"well you're going to have to try.. because the ones that are still down here, aren't going down anytime soon" i hear steve say into the earpiece, grunting as i sigh, trying to push the chitauri further back.

it felt so normal that hannah had powers, did hydra experiment on her too? imagine the pain she must've felt and the betrayal of me letting her get hurt like that.

suddenly i wasn't fighting the chitauri anymore.

i was inside a dark, confined space, the only light being the slight purple glow coming from my hand.

"are you sure you want to do this?" i ask her, tears in my eyes.

"i don't think we have a choice" she whispers, her voice cracking. "we can't go home.."

"that's true, and even if we did decide to leave home for good, because we could now, except i don't know where the portal is," we both laugh.

"even if we were to escape, maybe we should stay here a bit longer? the people here need us more than the people back home. not to mention we'd have to hide these if went back" i say and she nods.
