~ The Next Day ~

"We will begin to conduct a physical examination shortly." A school announcement went off. "All students, please proceed to the clinic in your respective school building."

All the students from Year 1 start to walk to the rooms that hold for physical examination. (Y/n) walks quietly beside Kyoya as they going to the examination halls to ensure everything is in check.

"So, what is this mission formation A thing?..." Haruhi asked. "...and what do they do during a physical examination at Ouran?"

"A physical exam just a physical exam, right?..." Hikaru answered.

"...And there are no class-based differences for something like this, right?" Kaoru continued.

"Yeah, I guess. Huh?" Haruhi said as she pushed the examination hall doors.

"Come on in." There are plenty of nurses and doctors welcomed the students as they started to walk into the room.

"W-what is this?" Haruhi asked as she and (Y/n) shocked at the doctors and nurses that the school just hired.

"As we said, a physical exam..." The twins said as walk into the room. "...just like always."

"Just like always?" (Y/n)'s eye twitched.

"Hitachiin Brothers, if you will step this way to have your height measured..." The twins' nurse suddenly appeared and they lead the twins to the curtains.

"ok." said the twins.

"Fujioka-sama, I will be accompanying you." A short hair nurse stepped beside Haruhi as she accompanying Fujioka's younger sister.

"Okay." Haruhi said.

"Why are Honey-senpai and Mori-senpai are here?" Haruhi asked as she passed by Honey and Mori.

"...I'm sure there must be a reason for it." (Y/n) answered as she catch up and walks with Haruhi.

"Those two are here to deal with things, in case something happens." Kyoya stated as he approached them.

"What's the point of their disguises?" (Y/n) asked as the sisters turn their heads to Kyoya.

"To create the mood." Kyoya answered as he pushed his glasses up. The sisters sweatdropped.

Three of them watched the doctor made positive comments about a slightly chubby girl. The girl squealed happily as the nurses around her applauded and cheered for her because she just lost 2kg in a year.

"Why the doctors and nurses are so nice?..." Haruhi asked. "...It's weird."

"Those doctors and nurses were chosen by the school's chairman. This may be a school, but it's also a business. The mood of the students is the highest priority." Kyoya replied. "After all, most of the students at the academy have their own private doctors at home, to begin with. This sort of event is just a formality."

"Damn these rich people." Haruhi murmured quietly as (Y/n) just signed.

A ragged-looking man with a doctor's coat walked past and he accidentally bumped into (Y/n). (Y/n) nearly fell on her butt, but Kyoya appeared behind her and held her shoulders to steady her. She thanked Kyoya as she regained her balance.

"I-I'm terribly sorry." The man apologized.

"Is okay." (Y/n) give him a small smile but she quickly recovered it when the man goes away. Kyoya caught her smile and felt butterflies in his stomach.

"Huh?" Kyoya noticed something is not right.

'I don't see that man before, I don't think he is one of the doctors for Ootori hospital.' ~ Kyoya
