(F/NN) = Favourite nickname

After showering and dressing, you both wander downstairs, knocking on doors to wake your parents up, gathering in the kitchen, where Katsuki helps you start making pancakes,

"Now, check the fridge, and see if there is any cream left," you instruct him, pointing him towards it,

"Yes, ma'am," you both laugh, though you fall silent when Masuru walks in, the look on his face saying he was impressed by how far you two had gotten in your relationship,

"Wow, well done," he says, "going from trying to kill each other to best friends in one night," turning to face his son, "that must be quite the achievement, son, I didn't think you'd know where to start."

Katsuki glances at you, taking in your form, your back turned to give them privacy, mixing the pancake batter, "Well, at least she did," you look at him surprised, unable to find words, "I think the moment we actually came to half tolerate each other, was when she drew on my face with sharpie,

"Ah, yes, that's what it is," your mum comes in, she's hungover, wow, that's a first... She might have gotten hungover all the time before they adopted me, but oh well, "I was wondering what that shiny stuff was... Oh! (Y/N)! You're making breakfast, for once" she comments,

"Well, it was one of the only ways I could stop Suki from tickling me, either by making him give up his breakfast privileges," you quip, adding, "that or boiling him alive."

The only one that seemed surprised by the new nickname was Mitsuki, who had just come in,

"Nicknames already, huh?" she grins,

"Yeah, (F/NN) and I have nicknames for each other," Katsuki pauses, looking at you for back up,

"Why does it matter?" you ask her,

"Never mind," she mutters, turning away from you, before whispering to your mother, "because it means that they're getting closer and that is exactly what I want to happen,"

"Suki?" Katsuki looks up, "can I talk to you for a second?" He nods, and you quickly take the most recent pancake out of the pan, flip it onto the pile and lead him out into the  backyard,

"So, what do you want to talk about?"

"I think our parents are setting us up..."

The look on his face was priceless, but you both knew it was true,

"Do you want me to dig through their minds to see what they are planning?" You ask cautiously, not wanting him to have temper tantrum before breakfast,

"I think that would be best, even if it is violating their privacy," he frowns looking down at the grass,

"Oh, wow, my little Suki, thinking about other's privacy," he looks up at your use of 'my little', head tilting slightly, "That is something that should go down in history,"

"Oi, you two!" Your father yells from the door, "Brekky's ready,"

You look at Katsuki, "Race ya!" Taking off in a sprint, you head for the door,

"You bitch, I am so gonna win," he yells after you, running to catch up.

~Hey, guess what? IT'S ANOTHER TIME SKIP WOO~

"Thank you for the food," Mitsuki says, gratefully shaking your hand, "and the hospitality."

"Thank you for bringing me dinner!" You reply, "I don't think I would have eaten if you hadn't made me,"

"Oh," Katsuki looks up at your, "thanks for everything,"

"You're welcome," you grin, He actually thanked me for something, without having to be glared at, that's another first!

"Now, we better get going," Masuru says, "we have work to do,"

"Oh, if you want I can come over and help," you offer, "I'm sure mum and dad won't mind, I don't have any homework either,"

"Of course, if you are sure, we could use an extra pair of hands," Mitsuki says, Masuru nodding in agreement,

"Awesome, you guys head back and I'll be over in an hour," please, please don't be allergic to egg and like meringues, "if you need anything after that, give a shout and I'll come,"

"Aw, thanks dear," Mitsuki pulls you into a tight hug, you relax into it, smiling a little as you wrap your arms around her back,

"Now, can we get going?" Katsuki asks, quickly moving to step in front of his mother, looking at you suspiciously, whispers, "what are you planning?"

"Food," you whisper back, "lovely, delicious food... As long as you aren't allergic to egg or sugar."

He shakes his head, and turns to leave, "Thanks!" Masuru calls over his shoulder, and you run to the fridge and whip up a quick batch of meringues and yeet them into the oven, before running upstairs to whip on a small amount of makeup and grab some socks and you're favourite Doc Martens, and brushing your teeth, all while scrolling through Instagram and answering your streaks.

"Y/N! THE MERINGUES ARE READY!" Your father hollers up the stairs, as you race past him and shove them into Tupperware container, before lurching towards the door and calling to your parents that you'll be back soon, and bye.
