Katsuki's POV:
I struggle against the feeling of dead limbs, trying in vain to rise and ignore the pins and needles now forming. "(Y/n)! Wait for us!" The pros run after her, jumping over debris.
"No. She'll get herself killed." No shit. "He's too powerful."
"No shit, Sherlock," I growl, staring down the street at (y/n), now battling her Grandfather. Iron beats wood. "I'm going after her."
"Bakugo, no," Kirishima stands, staggering over to stand next to me. "If your gonna go, I am too."
"Me too," Deku says, hands fisting as he stands.
"No," I say, trying to stop them as they walk beside me. "No," I say it over and over, unsure of what I'm trying to stop.
"Yes, we're coming too, we're better at fighting together." Todoroki, Yaoyorozu and a few others stand with us, faces saying that they wouldn't back down.
"Fine, but if you die, blame yourself. Not me," I say, and use my explosions to propel myself into the fight, careening into (y/n)'s grandfather as she impales him with the pointy end of the snapped staff.
"You idiot, you shouldn't be here. And neither should they." Midnight walks over to us, watching (y/n) snap her grandfather's neck with a look of admiration and disgust. "How do you do it?"
"Do what? Kill someone? Oh, it's quite easy, you just have to let go of your feelings for them and everything else. At the Academy, we called it the Killing Calm, we would have to let ourselves go into it every duel," she says, picking the discarded sword and with a wet thud, hacks of his head, showing a severed spinal cord and arteries. "That's gonna be a bitch to get through customs."
"Wait, you're going back?" I silently pray that she isn't.
"No, I don't think so." (y/n) picks the head up by the hair, watching the blood drip and splash on the broken ground. "I can pay for the repairs."
"You don't-" I start, but she cuts me off.
"I am a literal queen, I can pay for basically anything now. I'm now your stereotypical protagonist," she sighs, looking at the heads lifeless eyes before closing them. "We have to send these back. I'll get the body bags ready. Tiberius's will need multiple someones to lift."
"Katsuki! (Y/n)!" My mother runs towards us, Dad not far behind. She sweeps (y/n) up into a hug, cutting off her protests. "You stupid little shits, I don't care if you've been doing this your whole life, you could've been killed."
"They wouldn't've, I'm too important. They would've had to hunt for a person good enough to rule if I was killed." My mum releases her, turning to me.
"You could've been killed, I don't care." She pulls me into a half-assed hug, but it's enough for me to realise she actually does care about me. I can't deal with this, I need to go lie down.
"Ok, if everything is done here, I'm going to go home." Aizawa turns and leaves, strolling down the ruined street.
"Done here?!" I watch (y/n) jump up, head rolling off her lap from where she'd been plaiting its hair. Uh, ok. I really need to reconsider my love life choices. "We need clean-up and repair and..." her brow creases as she fists her hands at her sides, legs shaking. The debris lifts, holding long enough (y/n) can move it into a pile on top of the ruined side of her house. Then she gasps and collapses, twisting enough she misses being impaled on the sword that was still in her hands.
"Shit, (y/n). Wake up." I slap her, watching her eyes flutter open, before rolling into the back of her head and closing. "You idiot, wake. The fuck. Up." I feel myself growing more and more worried with each word, shaking her with more force.
