SUMMARY :  Reaction to the Lestrange brothers visits.  Severus realizes that the brothers aren't telling them everything and confronts Roark.  Who tells them what they left out.

Roark rose with the sun, having sent Harry home to get at least a few centars of sleep.  It was as he moved past the mirror in his bathroom after his shower, that he saw a much paler face then was normal for him, dark circles under exhausted silver eyes, speaking loudly of what he already knew.  He had not slept well.  Not well AT all.  Had, in fact, spent a very restless night plagued by dreams, or, more like, one dream in particular.  Even now, as he dried himself off, he felt his face flushing, his body heating as he remembered the content of one of those dreams.

He swore sharply, running his fingers through his hair, wondering if Harry had had the same problem.  What the hell was it about that damn Terminator that drew him like a moth to a flame?  More than a little furious with himself for not being able to put the man from his mind, he swore again and headed back down the hall to his bedroom to get dressed.  He had to get himself back under control before he faced the Durin's and Severus.  He knew that if he didn't, he would be in some serious trouble as every one of them had the ability to read him like an open book.

A few sentons later he was leaving his apartment. meeting Harry at the end of the walkway between their apartments.  One look at his brothers face, the exhausted look in his emerald eyes, told Roark all he needed to know.  Harry had slept no better then he had.

"Harry, this is bad."

"Then you were having dreams too?" he asked as his face flushed a bit, saw his younger brother's face flushing as well.  "I said it last night, I'll say it again this morning.  We are going to be in so much trouble if we don't get a handle on this."

Roark could only nod .  "Let's head to Headquarters.  We need to talk to the others about our visitors last night."

"Um...but we say nothing about this attraction we feel for them."

"Absolutely not.  If we were to tell them that, they'd likely lock us both up and throw away the keys."

"That, my brother, would be an understatement.  We would also never hear the end of it."

They entered headquarters just over a centon and a half later, having stopped at the book outlet for a little bit of relaxing shopping, then at the corner café for a couple of breakfast burritos each, and large take out cups of strong, sweet black tea.  As they entered the building they saw Logan and Tristyn talking quietly with the security guard at the reception desk, and just as they began to cross the atrium toward them, they saw Fili and Kili entering vis one of the side entrances.  They came together at the desk, greeting each other with wide smiles, even from Tristyn, who had warmed to them a great deal.

"Good morning, Harry, Rory."

"Morning, Logan.  Fi, Ki.  Tris."  Harry said.

"Morning," Roark mumbled, finishing off his burrito, then drinking some tea, hoping to throw them off the scent before they even latched onto it.

No such luck though as Logan's smile began to change, and Kili was now looking at him closely, before his eyes shifted to Harry, a frown beginning to curve his brow.  "You two look like shit," Logan said, his head tilting as his blue eyes moved back and forth between them.  "There is something wrong."

"Very wrong," Kili agreed, looking from one to the other as Fili and Tristyn each frowned.  "Alright you two, talk.  What's happened to set you both so on edge?"
