YUNO

Yuno was fairly serious, you were lucky if you could get a smile out of him. Even Bell, the wind spirit, tried her very hardest, but unfortunately it never worked.

Y/N was one of the only people to had ever made him smile, he had realized that. Behind that stoic face, he was really a softy. It took him a while, but he soon found himself falling for the H/C haired wizard.

The girl joined the Golden Dawn a year before Yuno, which makes her Yuno's senior.

Yuno never expected to be good friends with Y/N, because his main goal was to beat Asta in becoming the Wizard King. He might just have to hold on that thought for now.

A goal he must complete before becoming the Wizard King; get Y/N's heart.

"Y/N! Let's go to the capital together!" Mimosa called out. She ran towards Y/N and gave her a big hug. After a couple seconds, they both let go. "Hey Mimo! Sure, let's go. I'm assuming we have a free day today? Captain Vangeance never really said anything like that." Y/N said.

Mimosa giggled. "Actually, he told Klaus personally, that we were able to take a break. We've been through a lot lately, anyways." she replied.

The Vermillion was correct, the Eye of the Midnight Sun has been stressing them out— in fact, it's been bothering all the squads.

The good thing is, they finally have a break from them. "Are Klaus and Yuno coming with us?" Y/N asked. "I'm not sure-" Mimosa stopped and looked behind Y/N. "Oh there they are!"

The other female turned to see a certain four-eyed man and a raven-haired, golden-eyed male.

"Oh, what's up four eyes?"

"I do not have four eyes!" Klaus responded. Y/N only laughed, and proceeded to turn to Yuno. "So... anti-social Yuno came along? What a surprise, but I'm glad to see you here."

Y/N was more than glad, Mimosa knew this. Y/N had told her only a couple weeks ago, after she had realized her feelings towards him.

Mimosa nudged Y/N teasingly. "Since there are four of us, why don't we go in pairs? I'll go with Klaus, and Yuno and Y/N can go together!"

'Mimosa! I'm coming after you later, I swear!' Y/N internally stressed. She was blushing, quite visibly too. She knew what Mimosa was up to.

Yuno stepped closer to her, which made Y/N redder than before. "Why are you so red?" Yuno asked, seemingly confused. The raven sounded quite dense, at least to Mimosa and Y/N, but in reality Yuno was more observant than the other three think.

These past couple of weeks, he had been watching Y/N. Yuno wouldn't say it was stalking... he just had a staring problem with her.

It's safe to say that Yuno may be aware of Y/N's feelings.

"N-Nothing!"

Mimosa instantly latched onto Klaus' arm, with a smile, a kind of smile that pissed off Y/N. Don't get the wrong idea, Y/N and Mimosa are best friends, but she knew exactly what kind of smile it was, and that annoyed her.

Soon, the other two rushed the opposite way. Well, it was basically just Mimosa dragging Klaus away.

Now, it was Y/N and Yuno, stuck in the middle of the busy streets of the Clover Kingdom.

"So... where should we go?" Yuno asked, with a soft smile on his face.

'Argh! I hate how he's so cute...'

The two ended up buying food for a picnic. As simple as it was, Yuno enjoyed the idea. It may be the perfect day to confess to Y/N.

For most of the day, Yuno would sneak in some side hugs or hand-holding here and there, and it successfully made Y/N flustered.

The day helped Yuno open up to Y/N more than before. He talked a lot... normally he kept to himself or he only spoke a couple sentences. This helped show that Yuno could fully trust Y/N, and she liked that.

Around the sunset, the pair set up the picnic in a forest, with a good spot to watch the sunset.

"Today was... actually really fun. Seems like you got out of your shell today, Yuno." Y/N said. The male gave Y/N a back hug, and rested his head on her shoulder. "You know... you make me smile a lot, do you?" he whispered, a smile then crept on his face.

Y/N's stomach was filled with butterflies. In all honesty, she knew it, loud and clear. She refused to believe it at first, but she had soon come to a realization. He was almost constantly smiling whenever she was there. Even when she wasn't looking at him, she could feel his smile.

"I... I noticed, after awhile," she whispered back, placing her hand on Yuno's cheek. "I don't know why I do make you smile."

The male chuckled, then thinking about the reason why she did.

Wind Magic user over here really didn't know any specific reason.

"I guess, because your aura was different. It was a warm type of aura, the kind that made me feel comfortable around you." he answered. The female giggled, as Yuno kissed her neck and slight tightened his hug.

"So, does this mean we can be a couple?"

"Of course."
