Headcannon/Scenario: How They Say "I Love You"

Hey y'all, it's me. I'm planning on ending the book. I'm sorry if you requested something and I never got to it.

I've lost in touch with the fandom tbh. This is my parting gift to you all.

Enki: "To you – the only person I will ever love."

You laugh as Enki bends down in order to fit pass the door. He gives you an unamused glare before standing straight back up.

It's lovely having a 9'9 boyfriend let me tell you. You smile and grab his hand leading him to the hostess.

As soon as she sees Enki, she gulps and starts shaking. You wave in front of her line of vision and give her a friendly smile, "Hello!"

As you and the hostess talk, Enki can't help but stare at you. You talk as if he wasn't this overly y'all beast. You're never impatient with Enki. Even when he was accused of murder. You never left his side, not even once.

He couldn't help but love you.

He snaps back to reality as you start walking away with the hostess and he follows from behind. He can hear the whispers and glares of everyone in the restaurant, but he ignores all of them. After all, his priority is you.

You both thank the hostess and sit down at a booth. Both on opposite sides of each other. A waiter comes in quickly to take both of your drinks. You order just plain water, while Enki orders a Remy Martin.

The waiter walks away leaving you two alone. The smile on your face drops as you turn to your boyfriend.

"Are you okay? I know everyone keeps staring at you and I feel really bad, it was my idea to bring you here and now you could be uncomfortable-" You're quickly interrupted by him placing his hand over yours. He squeezes it gently.

His deep voices could lull you to sleep any moment, "Trust me, I'm fine. If I didn't want to come here I would've just said so. However, I don't think I could've said no, not when I had the chance to see your smile."

Daw isn't he just a big ole' bag of fluff. A heavy blush coats your face. You squeeze his hand back and just stare into his eyes.

A minute later the waiter comes and gives you your drinks. He mentions he'll be back in a quick minute to take your orders. Enki raises his glass up to the air and you do the same.

"To you – the only person I will ever love,"  He says with the softest look you've ever seen on him. You smile softly and raise your glass too.

Hajime: "I'm yours to keep."

"But hear me out-"
