I hopped downstairs and shrugged my book-bag on.
"Mom! I'm going to school! Ah, who am I kidding!? Bye bye empty house!" I ran out the door and down the street to the bus stop.
As the rickety old fading-yellow bus pulled around the corner I decided to just walk to school and back for the remainder of the year. As I climbed up the three little stairs I heard snickering beside me.
"Hey guys! It's our favorite little tramp!" The most popular girl in school, Tiffany, yelled.
I roll my eyes and walk to me and my best friend's "reserved" seat.
"Hey Scar!" Casey said with his usual grin, is it just me or has he been missing those teeth longer than he should?
"Sup Suit-Case." I return the grin.
"Dude, I told ya to stop callin me that!" He groans.
I laugh, "And I ignored you!"
He glares at me for a few seconds then we both burst out laughing.

"See ya later Casey!" I call as the bell rings.
"Meet me at the hockey rink after school!" He yelled back as the wave of students overcame us.

So dudes, how'd ya like my first chapter? Is it awesome of what? And so there's no confusion, this is NOT a Casey love story *shivers from the thought*.
