Part Nine! Nat&Nat-Han

Nathan couldn't concentrate on driving back to Devv's, so he had to pull in to the side of the road. He called Jay, “Hey mate” Answered Jay.

“Hi, were are you?”

“Still at Devv's why?”

“Is Nat still there?”

“Yeah why”

“Okay thanks, I will be there in about ten minutes”

“No problem, mate what's up.”

“I will talk to you in a bit”

“Nathan” Said Jay, but there was not answer he had hung up.

Back with Nathan, he set off trying to concentrate on getting back to Natalie, he could finally kiss her, the thought of kissing Natalie put a smile on Nathan's face as he pulled up to Devon's house. He literally jumped out of the car and ran to the door, knocking loudly. Devon's mum Julie opened it, “Hi Nathan I wasn't expecting you back so soon, you have only been gone an hour.” Said Julie. “Well everything went kind of to plan” Said Nath and Julie lead him through the house.

“Everyone's upstairs in Devv's room if you want to go up.” Said Julie

“Okay thanks” Said Nath. He set off up the stairs taking them two at a time.

“Nathan's here” He her Jay say from the other side of the door, he grabbed the handle and walked in.

“Hey Nath mate” Said Jay “How did it go?” He asked

“Well she took it pretty hard, especially when she figured out I like someone else” Said Nathan looking directly at Natalie, who went bright red.

“So it's over then” Asked Jay

“Yeah it is” Said Nath. “It was for the best, I just didn't feel right.”

Nathan settled down on the bed next to Natalie to watch the film, they were watching the first American Pie. Watching this was putting ideas in both Jay's and Devon's heads, 'Is it too soon to be doing anything like that?' thought Devv after all they had only been going out a day, but to Devv if felt like they had been going out a year, 'I might even love him' Thought Devv, she snuggled up closer to him. They watched the rest of the film, and decided it was time to move. Both Nat and Nath had to go home now, because they needed to get some dinned. Natalie had been at Devv's for two night now, so she needed to see her mum.

“Come on then let's get your stuff packed up” Said Devv to Natalie. Jay and Nathan had left the room so Devon decided to quiz Nat.

“So, what going on with you and Nath then?” She asked

“Well I don't really know, I know he likes me, but I don't have the balls to say anything to him, since he only just broke up with Courtney.” Said Nat

“Do you want me to say something to him for you?” Asked Devon.

“No it's okay, you'll probably embarrass me” Said Natalie.

“Okay, but you need to talk to him before he go's, so you have about five minutes.” Said Devon.

“Fine, come one then what are we waiting for” Said Nat, dragging Devon down stairs.

“Nathan” Said Nat.

“Yeah”

“Come through here for a minute please” Said Nat, as she started walking into the dining room. “I need to talk to you, I need to know what is going on with us.” Said Nat

“What do you mean?” Asked Nath looking a bit confused.

“I said I would wait for you, and now I just want to know how you feel.”
