Chapter 5

Calum's P.O.V.

Ashton didn't return to the hotel after the show apparently. We tried calling his cell, we were sent straight to voice mail. Rylie was the first one to go looking for him. She said he texted her before he was disconnected from the grid. She actually left before I got back to the hotel, which was right now.

I stepped out of the car I had taken from the venue, to be greeted by screaming fans. Their screams were filled with "I love you, Calum!" 's and "I ship Calri!" 's. To be nice a and not come off as a total jerk, I walked to one of the groups of fans and took pictures and signed a couple things, including a boob. 

I headed inside the hotel because I was rushed by security. If I could, I would spend all day with my fans, except for the ones that hate on Tori. I walked into Mikey while walking to the elevator. 

"Oh, hey."  I said looking up from my phone.

"Hey..... Have you seen or heard from Ash?"

"No. I'm just going to talk to Tori. I looked for Ash at the venue and found nothing."

"He better not be in the back of a car writing a song." he chuckles. It took me a second to realize what he just referred to.

"Wow, Micheal." I say while furrowing my brow, to help give a better effect on the death stare I was giving him. 

Michael walks off and I push the button for the elevator. It arrives rather quickly. I step inside and as the door closes, my phone starts ringing. Tori

"Hey, I was just going upstairs to talk to  you."

"I heard about Ash, I know I can't do anything, but still....So how's life?" she says calmly.

"Well, minus the fact Ash is missing, still pretty bad. I mean, I'm settling for long distance calls, and I can't sleep without you pressed up against me. So, yeah pretty bad."

The elevator door opens and I start walking to my room.

"Wow. Here we go again. Are you wishing we could start again?" I laugh at what she says. "Okay, but can we stop using references from some of my favorite All Time Low songs?"

"Okay. But don't you see what you do to me?" I say.

"Stop!" she giggles at my reference. I loved her giggle it was really cute. "So, when do I get to see my amazing boyfriend?"

I open my room's door. "Whenever we go to New York. That reminds me, how's being home again?"

"Good, really good. I found out my sister had twins."

"You've only been gone for like five months, you didn't know she was pregnant?"

"No, she travels a lot with her husband, Charles. But when you meet him, call him Chuck."

"Oh, I get to meet your family? That should be a blast!" I say and then start to chuckle.

"Hey, us Cooke's are pretty cool." she says laughing.

"Oh, okay." I laugh. "Listen, I got to go, it's almost midnight and still no Ashton."

"I hate time zones." she says fake madly. 

"Bye." I say still chuckling.

"Bye, love you." 

"Love you too. See you soon." I say smiling even though she couldn't see me. I end the call and then sigh for a long time.

There was a knock on my door, I got up and looked through the little peep hole, it was Luke. I open the door and greet him with a smile, a friendly one.

"Dude, I'm worried." he says holding his neck with one of his hands. 

"What's up?" I ask while moving to the side so he can walk over the threshold.

"Rylie isn't answering her cell. What if she found Ash and then something happened to them. Or something happened to her. I know my mom wasn't a hundred percent okay when I told her about the baby, never mind losing it and the mother of it in the streets of London."  he says extremely worried.

"It will be okay. I'm pretty sure you won't need to tell Liz you lost your child, before it was. They are bound to come back, we have a show tomorrow and then we leave." I say and look at him sitting on my bed looking so damn worried. "Why don't we go get a drink to help you not worry so damn much?"

"No, I can't. Rylie and I made a promise that we both won't drink during her pregnancy, like I know she can't but we made it so I can't either."

I sigh, damn promises. "Well, that has to suck."

"No, not really. I get to be a father as the reward. Yeah, I'm only eighteen, but I think I can manage being a father." he says happily.

Little filler chapter. I was going to make it a longer one and actually have some action and/or drama, but that's most likely the next chapter.
