The Raid

I have killed 3 of them but the others ran away

"their gone" said Jake as he ran over from trying to chase them, we were now standing in the middle of the town looking at the dead ones

"there was something different in this hunting party" said Anna who is the very observant one

"what is it?" i asked she was quiet so i turned to her to see her standing there looking like she was working hard on a puzzle

"the prince" she said

"what?" i asked looking at her confused

"the prince was among them" she said looking up at me shocked i looked at her with a blank face but inside i was surprised that the prince came out of his castle

"we'll form a plan later but for now grab all the supplies we need" i said then everyone split up and did their thing i looked down at the bodies that are now mummified and wondered why were they here at the same time as we came and why was the prince with them? i shoved those thought back and walked towards the small building that used to be a bar then i walked in looking for some  liquor and a cloth i found them at the back i grabbed them and made my way out putting the liquor in my bag and taking out one then i met the others over by the bodies then i spilled the liquor on them and got a lighter from Alex then i was about to light them on fire when someone screamed

"Nooo!" i turned around to see someone running over was so fast we couldn't see him then the lighter flew out of my hands then i was in a head lock

"no one moves a muscle or she dies" said a velvet smooth voice and i knew that a vampire was holding me hostage

"let her go" said jasper all of them were glaring at the vampire holding me

"what do you want?" i asked holding his cold arm that was around my neck

"i want you all to die but i cant do it alone, so i'll leave that for later but for now i want the bodies" i looked towards the bodies that are on the ground

"why?" i asked

"its none of your business"

"why would a prince want dead vampires?" asked Nina giving me a sign that his a prince

"its none of your business" he said pissed off then i slowly nod my head giving them a sign to get ready for anything then i felt him smelling up my neck

"you smell so sweet..like the scent from earlier.." he said then i let out a forced laughed

"you think im sweet then boy are you wrong" i said then i elbowed his ribs as hard as i can then at the moment he was busy screaming i grabbed his arm and twisted it behind his back and took out my small blade and set it on his neck then he froze

"if you kill me you will be setting a war that you cant win" he said

"i've survived this war and i will survive the next one" i said and he laughed

"now why are you here?"

"like i said im here to get those body"

"well you will have to kill us first before you get them" i said and he laughed again

"that can be arranged" as soon as he said that the same vampires from before showed up but my team saw them coming and jumped out of their way

"dorael" screamed Anna using our escape code then they ran

"consider yourself lucky prince" then i ran in to the dark and jumped on the tree i didn't stop till i was on the very top i looked back and saw him standing there looking at forest with a smile on his face then i heard him say

"until next time...hunter" he said then he turned towards someone who was talking to him then i heard something snap behind me and i turned with my pistol drawn towards the sound but it was only Jake

"whoa its me" he whispered i put my gun down

"did we get everything we got?"

"yeah" i nod then i looked back to see them carrying the bodies

"lets go" i said then i jumped down to meet the others and made our way back to our safe place.
