Chapter 20 The Park Part 1

Richie's POV

I woke up to Eddie sitting up with his hands in his lap covering his face, crying. I immediately got worried so I rubbed his back to try and soothe him.

"Why are you crying Spaghetti?"

"Aren't you like mad at me or something? Because I didn't have sex with you?"

I was shocked. Is this what this is about? Sex?

"Eddie baby, I'm not mad. I told you I don't want to pressure you into doing something you don't want to do. If it makes you uncomfortable, I don't want to do it." We love a supportive Richie

He looked up at me and buried his head in my shoulder and slowly stopped crying.

"We could do it next week, next month, next year. We could do it never if that's what you want." Peep the ODAAT reference :)

"Plus, part of me didn't want to do it either. We were just in the moment and I thought that's what you wanted. I'm sorry."

He looked up at me and kissed me softly.

"I don't know what I did to deserve you."

I laughed and started to make my bed that became Eddie's bed too, and he went downstairs to brush his teeth and take a shower. When he got out of the bathroom I had already made breakfast. It was then my turn to take a shower and brush my teeth. We did our normal routine we've been doing since Sunday.

Eddie's POV

"Ok so if gay guys are having sex, right... why do they need to wear condoms? It's not like they're going to get pregnant." Richie said out of nowhere.

I dropped my fork and looked at him. I started dying laughing.

"What?"

"HAHAHAHAH YEAH GOOD LUCK WITH THE STDS THEN NASTY BITCH!"

"But like, still."

"Still what?"

"I don't know. But what if they had condoms for the gays specifically. Like rainbow or something."

"Richie, if I were to have sex with you, I wouldn't stop so you can roll on a rainbow condom and stare at it."

"But like you wouldn't stare at it if it glowed in the dark but still rainbow? You wouldn't care then?"

"At this point I want to chop your dick off if you put on rainbow glow in the dark condoms, Richie."

"But what if they were shrek condoms. You know, if you want my swamp."

I looked at him dead in the eyes.

"That is the only exception."

He got out of his seat and cheering.

"LETS GO LESBIANSSSS! LETS GO!"

"Beverly and Andy are at school, Richie." I said in my head.

At the exact moment, Beverly walked in.

"Oh hey, we were just talking about you." Richie exclaimed.

Did he just read my mind?

"What are you doing here?"

"Andy and I wanted to skip but hang out with just us, but we wanted to let you know first."

"You couldn't send that in a text?"

"Yeah I just wanted to walk in on you guys having-"

No one's POV

Richie shook his head quickly, telling Beverly not to say it.

Eddie's POV

"-a very heated make out session."

I looked at her suspiciously, but didn't question it.

"Ok byeeeeeeeeeee!"

She slammed the door and ran to her car with a sense of urgency.

"She's acting weird today."

"Yeah weird. So maybe we should do something today. To celebrate our last day of skipping school, for now obviously."

"Ok so we're definitely going to the park and cuddling but not cuddling at the park, obviously. And we could hang out and get some icecream."

"Sounds like a plan, Spaghetti."

You know the drill. But this was a wholesome filler chapter though so ha :)
