"Transported back!" one of the technicians shouted as Saleen and Grant appeared in a flash of light.
"Did it work?" Skye asked nervously as she ran around the monitors as Grant walked off. "Did you find them?"
"Close," Saleen answered with a shudder. "That . . . I never want to see a world like that again."
"Why?" Skye asked, looking from her best friend to her husband. "What happened?"
"There was a time beetle," Grant tried to explain. "It latched onto that Donna woman and created a parallel world around her, one where she didn't meet the Doctor and Jessie. They died, and we had to fix it."
Skye's eyes widened. "Oh, my God . . . "
"But we fixed it," Saleen assured her. "They know about the darkness."
"Good," Skye breathed in relief.
"And now we just need to make sure they get the warning."
Skye straightened. "I'll go."
Both of them turned to her in shock. "What?!" Saleen gasped.
"No," Grant said instantly. "Absolutely not."
"Why?" Skye demanded. "We know the cannon works now. It's safe to launch me across."
"How do we know that it won't land you somewhere else?" Grant quizzed.
"How did we know it wouldn't land you somewhere else?" she countered. "And with Saleen? We went anyway, didn't we?"
"You need to see them again," Saleen guessed with a small smile.
Skye swallowed. "I never said goodbye," she nodded.
Grant took a deep breath. "Be careful," he told her.
She nodded and ran out the door.

"We've locked onto the same readings where Grant and Jake found Donna the first time in the other world," Saleen told Skye as Grant helped her get ready, Skye wearing a black bodysuit, slinging a large energy gun over her body. "It should take you right there."
"Got it," Skye nodded, slipping one of the yellow dimension hoppers over her neck.
"And if something goes wrong, come right back," Grant added.
Skye rolled her eyes. "Yes, mom," she joked.
Grant shook his head and kissed her. "Be careful."
She nodded a serious look in her eyes. "I will be."
"Launching in three, two, one!" the technicians called.
Skye nodded as she disappeared in a flash of light. "Did she make it?" Saleen asked, looking over the technician's shoulder.
He nodded. "It says she landed where she needed to be. She's in the right universe."
Grant nodded, fidgeting a little. "She'll get back," Saleen told him. "If she doesn't get back in an hour or so, we both go after her."
Grant nodded. "Deal."
Hopefully, it didn't come to that.

So . . . Skye's coming. And Donna hasn't seen Skye. And it was Donna that pointed out that Rose was coming. If Donna doesn't know Skye . . . who's getting shot in "The Stolen Earth?" Hmm . . .
Well, you'll find out soon! I'll upload that in a few minutes!
