"I'm exhausted." I cried out making myself a cup of coffee.
"You ain't the only one." Keke said drinking her second cup of coffee.
Last night the neighbors were fucking so loudly that they woke poor Kehlani up five times in a row. Which nearly lead me to a mental break down. Just imagine you spend all day changing diapers and hearing cries, and then when night comes you can't even sleep because you hear moans, screams, indescribable noises. Then your newborn wakes up, and you have to repeat all of the steps you took to put her asleep all over again.
"So you going to work?" I asked Keke.
"Yeah, from twelve to twelve. What about you?" She asked yawning.
"Well, Kehlani has a doctor's appointment. I need to buy more diapers and a breast pump, I also going to try and pay Mr. Adams a visit. He just landed from Italy and really wanted to see Kehlani." I said taking a sip of my coffee.
"Well it's 9:30 so I think you should go get ready." She said putting her head down.
"Thanks sis, I don't know what I would have done without you." I exclaimed giving her a kiss on the cheek.
Running to my room I quickly stripped out my clothes and hopped into the shower. I scrubbed off all the sweat from yesterday before brushing my teeth and quickly ran out. Kehlani usually wakes up around 9:30 and when she doesn't sense anybody she starts crying. It's been a rough couple of days, so if I could keep her crying to a minimum I shall.
I entered Kehlani room to see that Keke had already beat me to it. "You know I got her, go finish getting ready." She said waving me off.
"Thanks again." I said taking a death breath.
