"Any sign of him, Scott?" Jackie asked.
Scott shoom his head and Stiles questioned, "What do we do now?"
"Holy cr--" Scott began.
"Wha--sorry, I'm sorry. Did you see where he went?" Stiles stuttered.
"I lost him," Scott answered sadly.
I raised an eyebrow. "What? You couldn't catch his scent?"
Scott glanced at me. "I don't think he has one."
Jackie frowned. "How does he not have one? From what Lissy tells me, everyone has a scent. Even werewolves."
I gave an awkward smile. "Let's refrain from calling me Lissy in public, yeah?"
Stiles smiled teasingly as he asked, "Alright, any clue where he's going?"
Scott nodded and gave a melancholy look. "To kill someone."
Stiles gave a look and frowned. "Ah. That explains the claws, and the fangs and all that. Good. Makes perfect sense now." Scott shot Stiles a look. "What? Scott, come on. I'm 147 pounds of pale skin and fragile bone, okay? Sarcasm is my only defense."
Scott frowned at me, seeing I wanted to add something. "What, Lyssa?"
"Besides the fact that I'm 103 pounds of tanned skin and thin bone and that I live through sarcasm? Nope."
Scott rolled his eyes and said to mostly me and Stiles, "Just help me find it."
"Not "it." Jackson," Jackie piped up.
Scott sighed. "Yeah, I know. I--I know. Lyssa, I'm still not sure about Jackie being here."
"Scott, enough with Jackie being here. Does Jackson know he's the kanima? Did anybody else see him back at your house?"
Scott shrugged and said after a moment, "I mean, I don't think so, but he already passed Derek's test anyway."
"Yeah, but that's just the thing," Stiles began.
"How did he pass the test?" I finished.
Scott shook his head. "I don't know. I swear, you two share one mind."
"Shut up," Stiles retorted. "Maybe it's like an either-or thing. I mean, Derek said that a snake can't be poisoned by its own venom, right? When's the kanima not the kanima?"
"When it's Jackson," Scott answered.
Stiles pointed to the club. "Uh, dude. See that?"
Scott nodded. "He's inside."
"What's he gonna do in there?" I asked.
Scott glanced up at us. "I know who he's after."
Stiles got an excited look on his face. "What, how? How? Did you smell something?"
"Armani," Scott stated after a moment.
We stood in front of a locked door as Stiles began rambling. "Aw, come on. Alright, maybe there's, like, a, uh, like, a window we could climb through, or some kind of--" Scott ripped off the handle of the door as it opened. "Handle that we could rip off with supernatural strength. How'd I not think of that one?"
As soon as we entered, Stiles was surrounded by drag queens. We were surrounded, literally, by guys. Scott looked around for a moment before he said, "Dude, everyone, excluding Lyssa and Jackie, in here's a dude. I think we're in a gay club."
The drag queens continued touching Stiles' hair and shoulders and such as he said sarcastically, "Man, nothing gets past those keen werewolf senses, huh, Scott?"
