Stiles and I met up in the boys locker room outside Coach's office. He called Scott and placed him on speaker so both of us could talk. "Get your ass down here now. We have a job to do."

"Dude, I'm already in bed. And aren't we getting a little old for this?"

"You're never too old for so good old-fashioned pranking," I said.

"Besides; we do this for Coach," Stiles reminded Scott.

"I thought we did this to Coach," Scott corrected.

"Whatever, okay. You know he needs this. He lives for this stuff. He loves it."

"But it's the middle of the night."

"Which means it's after midnight and officially Mischief Night/Day, and by perfectly awesome coincidence, it also happens to be Coach's birthday. So if you are not down here in five seconds. I will destroy you. Or worse, I will send Ally out to destroy you. Okay? And I mean five, four, three, two--"

"One," Scott said as he appeared behind the two of us, causing me to shriek loudly.

Stiles glared. "I hate you."

We set up the prank for school that morning and left when we were finished. By the time we were done, it was close to two in the morning. Needless to say, I was exhausted.

At school later that morning, I saw Scott and the twins arrive on their motorcycles at the same time. "You're back in school?" Scott asked.

Ethan shook his head. "No, just to talk."

Stiles scoffed. "Oh. That's kind of a change of pace for you guys. Usually, you're just hurting, maiming, and killing."

Aiden said plainly, "You need a pack. We need an Alpha."

"Yeah. Absolutely not. That's hilarious though."

"Besides; he already has a pack," I told them.

Aiden narrowed his eyes slightly and continued, "You came to us for help. We helped."

Stiles glared. "You beat his face into a bloody pulp. That's not helping. In my opinion, that's actually counter-productive."

"Why would I say yes?" Scott retorted.

"We'd add strength. We'd make you more powerful. There's no reason to say no." Aiden states his case.

Isaac finally pointed out something all of us were thinking. "I can think of one. Like the two of you holding Derek's claws while Kali impaled Boyd. In fact, I don't know why we're not impaling them right now."

I waved them off, tired of them trying to persuade Scott, and headed off to my locker. Shortly after I entered, I got a wad of toilet paper thrown at my face; not purposefully, far as I knew, and heard Stiles yell, "Alright, that's my face! Hey, dude, good decision, buddy. Good Alpha decision."

I walked up to where Stiles and Scott were standing and asked, "What was a good Alpha decision?"

"Oh, right. You missed the rest of the conversation. Scott said he wouldn't trust the twins."

I nodded. "I agree. Good Alpha decision, Scotty."

"I hope so," Scott admitted.

"No, you know so. Then I can take... What are you looking at?" Stiles asked in confusion.

"Me?"

"No, him," I said as I pointed to Scott. "Yes, you."

"You looking at her?" Stiles realized.
