Zayd has been smiling since morning, I don't know what he's smiling about... Maybe it's that his grumpy-eyed girlfriend again. Are they back together? The real question is... Is she even in love with him? I can't let one senseless bitch turn away my brother's head from something to nothing. She might seen good, and kind and all of that but... There's just something I don't like about her. More like her attitude or so.
Just then, I decided to meet Zayd outside. He was washing his clothes and snickers. I met him talking on his phone, he seemed excited. Immediately he sighted me, he turned up the volume of his phone for me to hear their conversation.
"Zaytoon his saying hi." He spoke into the speaker of his phone like an idiot.
I nodded with a silly frown and sat on the almost broken bench standing in our front yard. There was a piece of block holding it at the other edge. I adjusted it well not to fall.
"Send my regards to her!" Her tiny voice sounded.
"Okay, hope to see you later..."
"Bye love, Stay blessed."
"Bye dearie." He kissed the phone's screen as if it was her face.
"Heeey! Is that Madinah's voice on phone?"
"Yes....why do you ask." He pouted at my question.
"I'm not saying she's a bad girl o, but why is her voice sounding like a premature?" I asked with funny kind of smile.
"My Deenah is born on February but trust me, she isn't premature." He hissed back. "Maybe it's because of the phone."
The phone mistakenly fell off his hands... To the floor.
"Whatever, Mr. Defender." I rolled "Better don't let your phone fall into the bucket of water else, it would take another 15 Years before you reach your love."
He picked it up quickly and dusted it, switching it on to see if it's not faulty.
"Well, you've never been in love... I don't blame you, Zay.""It's not as if she would even buy you another. Hmmm.... No be small tin. I go love o." I rolled my eyes him sarcastically and want inside.
"So fantabulous and cocastic for you, na you sabi!"
