When he walked around Hermione is clapping with joy at seeing her nursery.

Not five minutes later the floo flare and Mcgonagall comes out of the floo.
"good evening, Severus." Mcgonagall greeted.
"Minerva." Severus give a curt nod.
They have talked earlier about Severus adopting Hermione as his own but first they need to give her a blood test.
