You had a meeting in the morning.

It's been 5 days since Jungkook returned from the world tour. He does not return home late like before and spends more time with you. He also calls you whenever he gets a break. He is gradually changing and showing more interests in you. And you are really happy.

You are returning home after the meeting. There isn't much work today so you just decided to leave early. It's already afternoon and you've decided to do lunch at home. You planned to make something special for Jungkook in dinner. You'll have the entire evening.

You reached home. You put the key in the lock and tried to unlock but it was already unlocked. It was locked from inside.

Is Jungkook already home?

You pressed the calling bell.

Jungkook opened the door and you smiled at his sight like you always do. But then your eyes fell on the female figure inside sitting elegantly in the couch.

You felt a sharp pain right through your heart. In fact you were unable to breathe properly trying to register what you just witnessed.

So this is the girl he's dating. His girlfriend is IU.

"What are you doing here?" Jungkook spoke with a low voice so that only you could hear him. He was shocked at your sudden arrival.

All types of emotions were consuming you. You tried hard to fight back the tears.

I'll have to do something.

You again put a smile on your face and said, "Umm sir you called me to discuss about the new song but I guess you are busy right now. I'll come later." With that you were about to leave that place.

IU got up from her seat and said, "Hey no I'll leave now. I've already been here for long. You guys do the work."

She came out of the door. "Bye." She said to Jungkook and then eyed you before leaving the place.

You came inside the house, walked past Jungkook and went towards the stairs. Your eyes fell on the dining table which had empty plates and ordered food packets.

So they did lunch together.

You went upstairs to your room and closed the door. That's when you weren't able to control your emotions anymore. Your vision was blurred due to tear forming on your eyes and they fell right across your cheeks as you closed your eyes.

Knock knock.

"Y/N please open the door." Jungkook said and again knocked.

You wiped away the tears and opened the door. You looked directly at his eyes.

"Umm did you do lunch?" He asked.

"Yes." You lied.

"Umm. Okay. Umm." He paused for a moment and then again spoke. "Y/N umm the thing you saw ummm actually umm I sorry umm but that is not what you think. I mean yeah that is actually what you think but umm it's something umm okay I can explain. Umm so its basically umm..."

"It's fine." You cut him off. "You already told me about this before marriage." You said with a plain expression.

"Hmm yeah but..."

"I'm sorry but could you please leave. I want to have some time alone." You cut him off again. You spoke like this with Jungkook for the first time. You have always listened to whatever he wants to tell and always spoke politely with him.

"Hmm okay." He said and then closed the door.

You plopped into the bed and started crying really hard. You hugged a pillow and cried like a baby.

Jungkook was still outside. He heard you crying. He hung his face down and went downstairs.

Just when I started to think that Jungkook cares for me, he showed me where I actually belong to. He just showed me that I can never be his. He just showed that I don't deserve to be his. I am only a fool to think that he'll have any interest in me. But why am I reacting so much? He already told me that this can happen. And even before our marriage when I was just a random fangirl, I had the mindset to support his date. I have always thought that I'll support him and his partner like a true fan. But then why now I'm being such a crybaby? Why am I feeling so sad? Just this stupid marriage thing won't bring us any close. I'm really an idiot. Jeon Jungkook can never be mine. Yes Y/N just get this in your head that he is just your idol and he can never be yours. But it still hurts so much. This stupid marriage thing has really given me more desires. It has made me think that we can actually be like normal couples. It was much better before when he used to come late and ignore me and just did not care. Why did he even start acting so nice lately? Why did he suddenly start acting as if he cares for me? Perhaps if he did not act so nicely, I wouldn't have felt this pain. Ah Y/N just stop thinking about this. This was to happen someday. Definitely he wouldn't spend all his life with you. He actually deserves to be loved. He actually deserves to be happy. You are just a fool to think that you'll be his happiness. And IU is his ideal type. He's definitely so happy with her.

You looked at your phone to check the time. It was 8:36 pm. You'll have to make the dinner for Jungkook. You had planned that you'd prepare something special for him but you just cried the entire evening.

You wiped away the tears. You went to the bathroom and washed your face. You eyes were red and swollen.

You went downstairs to the kitchen. Jungkook was not in the living room.

Perhaps he went to his girlfriend.

You started preparing the dinner.

You were almost done when you saw Jungkook coming down and switching on the TV. He sat on the couch.

So he was in his room.

After you completed making dinner you went to him and asked, "Will I serve the dinner now?"

"Yes okay." He said.

You arranged the table and Jungkook came. He took a seat.

"You won't eat?" Jungkook asked when he saw you made dinner only for him.

"No." You said with a low voice.

"But why?" Jungkook asked.

"I'm not hungry." You lied. You were hungry but you weren't feeling like eating anything.

"Oh." Jungkook said softly. He pulled a chair beside him.

"Sit here." He said.

You did not want to sit but because of the obedient girl you were, you sat beside him.

"Aaaa." He told you to open the mouth.

Not again.

But you opened the mouth and he fed you. He then took a bite himself and then again told you open your mouth.

You got up from the chair.

"Jungkook not anymore. I said you I'm not hungry. You can't just force me to do whatever you want. I've always done whatever you've told me to do but not anymore." You said coldly.

You have never talked to Jungkook like this.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to tell like this. I'm really sorry." You told him and went to your room.

Jungkook did not run after you. He knew you were hurt. You were severely hurt. Just running after you won't solve the problem. He'll have to do something. He'll have to bring this to an end. It would have already ended if you did not return home at the wrong time.
