DEMONS || CHAPTER # 3

"Nice outfit" Ashton smirks at me. I rolled my eyes.

"They make me use it" I said frustrated, angry and sweaty.

"Maybe you can hang out with me later, I like chicken" He winks at me, making me rolled my eyes again.

"I'm working I can't now" I said.

"We can go after your work, give me your number and a date" He smirks and takes out his phone.

"Fine" I sigh and gave him my number.

"Perfect, I'll pick you up at six o'clock, okay?" He ask looking at my disguise again.

"What? Today?" I exclaim.

"Yeah, you can go like that if you want" He chuckle "I don't have a problem" He smirks.

"Yeah but no thank you, I'll change" I said and we stayed in and awkward silence which make him smirk more.

"What?" I said getting nervous, his intense gaze is making me uncomfortable.

"Nothing" He shrugs "I just think you look beautiful in that chicken costume" He said looking straight into my eyes.

"Very funny thanks, now I have to work" I turn around to ignore him.

"See you at six" He chuckle, and when I turn around he was already gone. 

I stayed in the stupid chicken costume for another hour, everyone stared at me and the sun was so damn bright today.

"Amy come quickly we need another waitress" Jenna shout from inside the restaurant. Yes!

"I'm coming!" I shout back and rush to the kitchen to change. 

I was running everywhere with a lot of food in my hands. Jenna said that if I wanted the extra money I needed to do extra work so she put me more tables at my responsibility.

When work was over I needed to pick up Jim, I check the time at it was already 3 o'clock. Fuck now I'm late, I was suppose to be there at 2 o'clock. Jim is gonna be furious.

I drive as fast as I could, when I reach the school Jim was at the entrance smoking God knows what.

"You are late" He said and throwing his cigarette to the ground, he open the front door and shut it with force.

"I'm sorry" I said "That's not marijuana right?" I ask worried.

"Of course not" He rolled his eyes annoyed "Can we just get home?!" He said looking away from me and stare at the window.

I start the car and drive home, there was no traffic at all so we get there quickly. I enter the house and check the time 4 o'clock. I don't know if Ashton was serious about the date.

"I make you both pizza" My mom said from the kitchen. Jim and I sit in the wooden table and wait for mom to feed us "How was your day?" She ask bringing us some plates.

"Ok" Jim said and take out his phone.

"It was fine" I said and help her with the pizza "Some guy ask me on a date" I said and my mom look at me, not actually believing me.

"Really? Do I know him?" She ask smiling.

"I don't think so I met him yesterday" I said and grab the hot plate of pizza and run to the table leaving it there, Jim quickly grab a slice and eat it before turning on his phone again.

"Is it today? At what time?" She said sitting next to me in the table, I grab a slice and put it in my plate.

"Yeah at six" I said taking a big bite of my pizza.

"Well that's great" She smiled again and walk to the kitchen.

"What is his name?" Jim ask.

"Ashton" I said and he just nod returning to his phone.

I finished my pizza and went to my room, letting myself fall in my bed, I was tired as hell. I check the time it was 4:30, I can sleep for another half hour and start to get ready at 5. I close my eyes and I fall asleep quickly.

"Amy! Ashton is here!" I heard my mom shout from the front door.

"Shit!" I mumble. What now? I can't shower that quickly... I'm sweaty and probably smell like shit.

"I'm not ready!" I yell and enter to my shower as quickly as I could, I'm not going smelling like the chicken costume.

When I was finished I quickly grab some jeans, and a pink shirt, I grab my jacket and run downstairs.

Ashton was at the front door, he was using the same clothes as earlier, he look at me and smirk.

"Ready?" He ask and opens the door for me.

"Mom I'm going now" I shout and Ashton chuckle.

"Okay darling be here by eight okay?" She appear from the kitchen. I nod at her and walk outside with Ashton following me.

"So, my friends are coming over to my flat, we can go there if you want or maybe we could just go for dinner at some restaurant" Ashton said opening the car door for me, he enters and start the car.

"So?" He said not looking at me his eyes focused on the road.

"I don't care at all" I said staring at him, analyzing everything about him, his curly hair was sexy, and that black shirt make his muscles look bigger, and he is very, very good looking.

"Well, to my flat then" He smiled and turn on the radio.
