“Like many movies and TV shows before them the actors behind My Hero Academia have risen to fame almost as soon as the show aired in Japan. In a society where everyone has quirks and there are no villains aside from the common street thug one may wonder what it would be like to live in a world protected by super heroes. This show portrays a different take on our society where Heroes are the main law enforcement as well as celebrities. The actors actually play themselves in the show so the stars such as Izuku Yagi, Katsuki Bakugou and Toshinori Yagi are who they play on screen. Today we are bringing you behind the scenes of this block destroyer that is bigger than even Game of Thrones.” A blonde haired woman with crystal blue eyes says before the camera pans to face her and in a room with two of the actors from the show of MHA. Izuku Yagi and Katsuki Bakugou sit in arm chairs across from the interviewer before smiling at the camera and turning to face the interviewer. “My name is Melissa Shield and joining me today are the actors behind the characters Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou. So Mr Yagi and Mr Bakugou, what was it like on the first day shooting the show?” She asks before the camera pans back to the two of them.

“Well, it was really fun and a little nerve racking in a way. Since we appear to be in our late teens we were cast to be high schoolers. I am 24 and Katsuki here is 26 but we've been friends all our lives since my parents and his lived in the same apartment complex we would spend entire summers together.” Izuku begins as he is seen wearing a shirt with his character on it as well as some loose fitting jeans and a sports jacket.

“She's asking about what it's like on set Deku, the set is essentially an entire town they built specifically for the show. Kind of how shows and movies would make towns then tear them down, this one is permanent and people will move in here when we finish filming season 2. Everything on set is what you see in the show, down to the fighting itself. We’re legitimately having slug fests on the set and it's a lot of fun. In high school I did quirk Shot-put and wrestling so I've always enjoyed the fights. We have medics and such incase we get too out of hand but everything that is on the screen is real.” Katsuki says before taking a sip from a mug next to him and setting it back down.

“In the show, Katsuki Bakugou and Izuku Deku Midoriya are bully and victim, is that similar to your relationship? Yagi had mentioned earlier that you were friends growing up but can you expand a bit more on that?” Melissa asks getting both men to laugh a little bit.

“It's kind of funny, on set Kacchan is meant to be a character for the audience to not like all that much but everyone likes his character for the most part. Katsuki and I grew up together, we’ve been friends since day one essentially. I even married his cousin Uraraka Ochako and he was my best man at the wedding. Our characters might hate each other but we in real life don't and we are very good friends.” Izuku says with a grin plastered across his face.

“Yeah, he's absolutely true about that statement. We even pulled a senior prank in highschool together, It was my last year at the time and he was two years behind me. We stowed away in a teacher’s room until he left for the day then took everything and stuck it to the ceiling. We also reconstructed a mini cooper inside the classroom. That teacher was so confused when he shacked in the next day to see we got him a car and put it in his classroom. He was our favorite teacher and had gotten in a head on collision which totaled his car. Us and the staff pitched in to replace it and on top of that we decided to put it in his classroom. That man loved pranks and was a great teacher. He never got mad at us for pulling it but was annoyed that it took them awhile to get his car out of the room. From then on everyone referred to him as Professor Cooper and he loved the name.” Katsuki responds with the screen behind them displaying a few pictures of Katsuki’s senior prank. "Not to mention that I wear colored contacts on set, my real eyes are blue."
