"friends"

I say I don't have friends because they don't treat me like one..they talk to me sure and tell me about there problems but when I feel like shit they don't notice. That's not a friend that is a patient and I am the therapist..so when I try to explain that to you don't get frustrated with me for it. You might say the same thing happens to you but don't forget I'm very observant and see other wise, I see you laugh with them and I see them around you when your upset. Sorry if what I'm saying deeply cuts you but I can't say it in another way
