As more and more sunlight entered the church it got into Nicole's closed eyes and woke her up. She groaned and sat up, rubbing her eyes with her wrists. Her body ached from sleeping on the floor, but what could she have done about that? Frowning a small bit from the pain in her injured hand that was still wrapped by Daryl's shirt sleeve. Removing her wrists from her eyes she opened them and looked around. Some were still asleep, others awake, two were missing. Daryl and that one chick. Slowly she stood and streched before walking over to Rick who is awake. "Where's Daryl?" She whispered her question. Since he was holding a baby and she couldn't tell if the baby was asleep or not. She lowered back to the floor and sat next to him.

"He and Carol went out last night, they haven't come back."

He left when she was asleep? Nicole nodded and looked in front of her at the alter. "I never believed. I'm a Buddhist, kinda a thing hippies picked a lot. I guess it works - karma."

Rick watched Nicole as she spoke. "I'm gonna tell you the same thing I told Gabriel." He started, pausing for her to look at him. "You hurt one of us and we kill you."

Nicole just blankly looked at Rick. "Why would I be dumb enough to do tha'? I mean I din'n go to high school but I still have common sense." She smiled at him, not taking it as a threat but a code of honour. "Besides, one against a whole group of living people? I wouldn't place any bets on the one." Nicole paused for a moment. Rick just stared at her and it wasn't comforting. "Dude or dudette?" She soon asked, gesturing to the baby.

"Girl, her name is Judith."

"Judith. Cute I had a lil' sister, I was gonna name her Clair."

"Was?"

Nicole fell silent as he noticed the "was" in her statement. "'Bout two years before this world changed my mom found out she was pregnant; after being five months in she got in a car crash. They both died instantly..." her voice was soft as she spoke. Her gaze rested on Judith. "You're lucky to have her."

Rick nodded. He is lucky to have her safe and alive. After everything that has happened. Shane, Lori, the Prison.

"We are going to need food soon." Nicole stated, for all she knows they have no food at all.

"She's right." Abraham spoke walking over to the two.

Slowly Nicole then Rick stood. "I know there is a town near here, they should have a super market. If it's not raided yet then they'll be enough food." Nicole started to speak before the priest walked over to them.

"Before this all started there was a food drive. The stash hasn't been touched." The priest said.

It was an impossible idea Nic thought. If anyone found food they'd grab it. "How?"

"H-how what?"

"How has the stash not been touched?"

"The buildings floor caved into a sewerline. All the food fell in."

"A sewerline..?" Nicole blankly stared at the priest.

He nodded then explained the rest to them. Later on in the day Nicole, Rick, Bob, Sasha, Michonne and Gabriel went to the stash Gabriel spoke about. He was right about the sewer shit everywhere under the flood. There were also walkers in it. Nicole threw some throwing knives into the heads of the ones she could reach. They needed to figure out a way to get the food and not get bit. Bob and Sasha went into the water, then Michonne and Gabriel, Nicole, Rick. Nicole dealt with killing the walkers and retreiving her knives. Rick, Bob and Sasha worked on getting the food. For as far and Nicole knew she got them all and retieved all but one knife. Which annoyed her since it left her with only twenty-three knives. She'll find one at some point and keep it safe. Suddenly Bob yelled about feeling something grab his food. Nicole was the quickest to react with going under water. Another dead. She came back up for air then went back under to stab it with a knife but Sasha got to him before her and attacked the rising walker with a plastic lid. Nicole came back up for air and looked at them, moving wet strands out of her face.

"Who knew a lid would work so well." She commented before they finished getting everything and getting out of the building. It was uncomfortable still being wet and preparing to head back. As the rest of the group prepared Nicole wanted to look around in case there was any hidden stash of food or even other supplies. Walking into a back room she found an open window and slowly stuck her upper body out. Looking in all directions she could she saw no moving walkers, only dead ones. But it was strange because she could see one with blood leaking from it's head.
