You see her right?
Sitting there...pretending
Holding it all together
Trying to...understand
A smile on her face as she greets
Knowing that on the inside she's suffering
From something we can't understand
So she never tells a soul
She carries on until one day
She sees someone
Sitting there...pretending
Trying to hold it all in
Just. Like. Her.
She notices them
And they notice her
They notice...each other
And they smile
A real genuine smile
Because they know they have each other
In this big wide world
And they can lean on each other
So they know they aren't alone
